Absolutely amazing and fast service!! I had a flat tire at the hospital and drove over to get it fixed. The super friendly staff fixed it in less than 5min! Incredible service! Support local family owned businesses and hard working Americans! 💪

Drove from WI to MI for a trip and realized I super needed an oil change. They fit me in same day even though they seemed pretty busy! Price was great and they even went above and beyond to inspect my car to recommend other tune ups for next time without being pushy. Considering it’s an old car, this was much appreciated and I’m honestly even considering making the long trip back just for their service :)

Really great service. Showed up asking for a tire change with no appointment and they had it done within the hour despite seeming pretty busy. Super personable guy at the desk, will definitely be my new regular spot in town for car stuff.

I took my car to three different places before here, paid through the nose for diagnosis charges and fixes that didn't address the problem. The guys at Broadway auto took a look at what I'd been told needed to be done next and said that didn't seem necessary, then they fixed the problem. They had the opportunity to do a bunch of expensive work and did the right thing instead. I've only just returned home from their shop, car drives like a DREAM, but even if the same issue comes back, I have every confidence that the guys at Broadway will be able to fix it better and more cost effectively than anywhere else I've gone. Everyone working here is friendly and seems competent, and it's great to have a family business in town. After 35 years of living in Ann Arbor, I think I finally found MY auto-shop.

Came here to rent a U-Haul to move out of my house for the end of the winter semester. It was a really hectic day with many moving parts but Broadway was able to accomodate and help me out with issues I ran into! It was really easy to extend the rental and they just treat customers with respect in general.

Been here twice, once right before a major road trip. The staff is fantastic, service great, has good communication and are very willing to explain everything.
When I stopped in right before the trip to get my oil change, they did a quick check of all the systems and found the breaks were nearly bad. Despite the late hour they took extra time to get it fixed.
I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to have work done on their car.

I needed my rear brakes replaced with parts provided by me, and this shop did it the next day in a 2 hours for a reasonable price!

I had some trouble with my older car and broke down near their shop. I called when they were open and spoke to Muhammad. He was super helpful and patient.

I was surprised at how communicative they were as the issues were being found and resolved.

The price was fair and the work looked well done.

Don't hesitate to use them from simple car troubles to the more complex stuff.

I cannot say enough good things about Abe and his team!! It's like having a close family friend down the street who can help me. I initially came here to get the bumper on my roommate's car replaced. He offered to do it for 25% less than an estimate I had from another shop. He was patient with me and transparent through the whole process! They did great work and had it done quickly. But that's not all... I recently bought my own used car and somehow accidentally engaged the parking brake. I spent a long time and several Google searches trying to figure out how to fix it, but the "parking brake" light and beeping would not stop. I drove over to the shop, and Abe immediately fixed it for me and taught me how to disengage the brake on my own if it happens again. And THEN when he saw on my dashboard that my tire pressure was low, he had someone fill all my tires for me! Didn't charge me anything; was just happy to help. They treat their customers like family! I'll definitely go back to Broadway Auto when I need anything else for my car.

The best mechanics, the best customer services, the best ambience characteristic of respect and integrity. Perhaps over 30 years, but certainly over 20 years we have come here for help with our cars. This business and the people are blessed. You walk in needing help with your car, or just a cup of coffee, and you walk out in peace. Prices are great. Services are great.

My daughter and I drove over Ann Arbor on a Saturday from Chicago to do a campus visit at Univ of Michigan. After walking around the Big House we drove over to get lunch at Zingerman's and my car started hissing and the engine started smoking right when I parked. I found Broadway Auto from a Google search and called them. I believe the owner answered the phone and said he could look at the car even though it was Saturday afternoon and he even helped arrange a tow truck to take my car to the shop. Unfortunately for me the problem was more entailed than originally thought so I had to leave my car there over the weekend. The guys in the front were very helpful finding a rental car and finding transportation to get the rental so I could get back to Chicago.

Monday morning I received a call saying they had worked on the car on Sunday (their day off) and it would be ready to pick up by lunch time. By the time I arrived the car was ready and the bill thankfully came in at the low end of the estimate.

Exceptional customer service!! Based on my experience I would definitely recommend Broadway Auto to anyone needing auto repair and will definitely use them in the future if I need auto work done when in Ann Arbor.

Abe and everyone here has always done solid work on my vehicle and for very reasonable prices. Great, quick service and very communicative. It feels good to have a dedicated mechanic spot in Ann Arbor and I highly recommend them.

Ive been here several times for a variety of repairs and have always felt respected. They’ve never pushed unnecessary services and have always provided me with an outcome that I trust. I’ve been to a hundred car shops in my life and have been ripped off and lied to more times than I can recall. I never worry about that here and I really appreciate it.

I needed someone to help me fill one leaky tire with air (I was having trouble with the coin-operated gas station air pumps). Not only did the Broadway team fill ALL my tires, they did it free of charge. They were extremely helpful and friendly. I don't live in Ann Arbor, but I would recommend this auto shop to anyone in the area.

I was traveling on i94 & had some unexpected car problems. I googled around & was advised to call them & see if they could get me in. It was a Saturday so things were closing by 4. I called & Abe said to come down there & he could try to help me. I got there & he looked at my truck & said he can get me in shortly. Since I was almost 2 hours from home, he made some calls to get parts & it was a go. He made sure I was comfortable & kept me updated as parts arrived. Got me in within an hour & fixed my truck for me. Very nice & explained what the problem was. The price was reasonable & I am very satisfied with his work. I'd recommend this place if you need small work done & quickly. Abe saved the day for me & if in the area, check them out!!

Excellent customer and car service. We've got our spark plugs and coils replaced with them, as well as a free oil change. We always leave happy from their business. Highly recommend!
