My beautiful rings, purchased over the past 25 + years, are only a few my favorite jewelry pieces from The Arcadian's amazing collections. The Arcadian will always have gorgeous, unique items, curated carefully to standards of very high quality and beauty. Prices are always fair, and a far better bargain than 'new jewelry store' rates. I have lived in Michigan, Germany, the NYC area, Iowa, Chicago, and DC; this is the most impressive collection of vintage and antique jewelry I have ever encountered.
And if you are seeking a fabulous, special engagement ring, this is the only place you MUST visit.
The two locations are brimming with wonderful things -- not only jewelry but also items like dishes, evening bags, perfume bottles, picture frames -- beautiful vintage things, but always well fitted, due to the talent of the owner, to current trends in accessorizing or decorating.
The Arcadian also works with extremely trustworthy artisans for repairs and sizing, and I have been able to have items repaired which others claimed were irreparable.
Just go, even if Ann Arbor is out of your way!

My newly appointed fiancé Matt and I decided to check out Arcadian Antiques after a spur of the moment (after 7 years) engagement rings! Let me tell you, Rhonda and Bailey were amazing! Supremely helpful, plentiful with advice, and very patient with tryings on/questions to boot! If you’re looking for a local, long standing business in Ann Arbor to patronize this is one of them. My husband purchased a vintage art deco necklace for me when we were visiting Ann Arbor. It needed a few extra links added, so they sent it to their jeweler. We just received the necklace and it is even more stunning than I remember! Not only that, but the customer service was amazing! I frequent antique shops often and have never seen such a diverse and beautiful collection. Their buyers really know their stuff!

Arcadian Antiques is THE place to get your engagement/wedding rings! The whole staff is beyond helpful and show so much care in everything they do. Not to mention, the actual jewelry is stunning and provides so many unique opportunities to ensure you can find a one-of-a-kind piece for the one you love. Rhonda, Linda, and Bailey were all instrumental in helping me pick the perfect vintage engagement ring. They were patient, knowledgeable, and kindly steered me in the right direction for one of the most important and emotional purchases of my life. I felt completely taken care of at Arcadian, so much so that my wife and I returned to pick out both of our wedding bands there. We could not be happier with all of our selections and we look forward to returning to the Arcadian for years to come.

I was interested in a wedding ring for myself. My fiancé liked antiques so I purchased an antique engagement ring for her from another site. I searched for many weeks before finding arcadian antiques for my own wedding band that I was interested in. I emailed them and was connected with Bailey the owners daughter who helped me out. The ring I wanted wasn't my size so it kind of deflated my hunt for an antique band. She emailed me a few days later and said she just got something in that was my size and wondered if I was interested in a few pictures to see if it suited my liking. I ended up purchasing that ring for my wedding and I couldn't have been happier. Bailey thought of me out of all the people I'm sure she responds to in a day, and thought I may like this particular ring. I've never had service like that before. After only a couple of correspondence emails she picked up on what I was interested in and kept me in mind with incoming pieces of jewelry that I may like. I cannot say enough how impressed I am with Arcadian Antiques and their level of dedication to their potential customers. The ring arrived safely and beautifully with no problems. It even came with a handwritten, personalized note from Bailey thanking me for my purchase and to let them know that it arrived safely and securely. The whole Arcadian Antiques team truly cares about their items and wants to make sure they arrive safe and sound for your enjoyment. That really made me feel special and like my ring was cared about. I can't say enough for this small business and their dedication to antique rings. If I ever am in need of jewelry I will definitely be looking at their site first. We cannot say enough about Arcadian Antiques! My husband and I got married in October, and we got my engagement ring, our wedding bands, and several bangles for gifts at Arcadian. All of the pieces are such great quality, and they have an amazing selection. Bailey and Rhonda always answered our millions of questions and are very knowledgeable and helpful. We were also able to get our wedding bands engraved through them, which added a really nice touch. We love that all of our pieces of jewelry have unique stories and some are over 100 years old! The quality is amazing, and we loved working with everyone at Arcadian.

My husband and I both got our wedding bands at this store. They had a wonderful selection of beautiful antique jewelry, and the staff was very helpful. They gave us plenty of time to browse and make decisions. The ring we picked out for my husband needed to be made a lot bigger. They worked with a great jeweler who added size so seamlessly we couldn't even notice it on the intricate band. It was a great experience.

A destination by itself!!! Well worth the trip to Ann Arbor!! Has a great selection of vintage jewelry and other unique trinkets and such. Great browsing and gift ideas, helpful and knowledgeable Staff. Not into the hard sale but always there to answer the question.

I looked at many places for an engagement ring, the new cookie cutter ring selection just didn't cut it. Found a wonderfully crafted ring in my budget that exceed everything else in quality and character. The most important part she loved it. One of her Co workers liked it so much they went there and found one themselves.

Rhonda did everything she could to make sure I was happy with my resized antique ring. She went above and beyond to fix some flaws with my ring that were not from the work that was done when I had it resized. They have a beautiful store with so many excellent pieces of jewelry. My engagement ring and wedding band both came from the Main Street location and are so beautiful and unique.

Have loved going to and shopping at Arcadian Antiques with my family for nearly two decades. I first went with my parents as they shopped, and eventually purchased my own engagement and wedding bands there. The service is impeccable and staff are so friendly. Even though I live out of state now, they still recognize and know me each time I come in.

Great selection of beautiful jewelry and amazing customer service. I came in hoping to find a wedding band to match my antique engagement ring looking for a very specific mid century style. I was thrilled to find multiple rings that I loved and at a very reasonable price (lower than Etsy and better quality!) The owner and her mom both provided awesome service. She even went out of her way for me to be able to pick up my ring since I was coming from out of town!

My fiancee and I had gone to several other jewelers trying to size my engagement ring and were turned away. The owner of this shop immediately filled me with confidence. She said that my ring could be sized and that they would be more than happy to take care of it for me.

When I got my ring back, it came out even better than I imagined and I'm extremely happy that I can finally wear my ring.

This review is far too long overdue, mainly because I was not sure how I could clearly and concisely convey how much I love The Arcadian Antiques. My husband and I bought both my engagement ring and my wedding band at the Arcadian. Rhonda and her staff are at once remarkably knowledgeable and modest. They allow guests to peruse and admire antiques without pressuring you for a sale. Ask them a question, though, and they can provide detailed information on any of the pieces in the store.

Rhonda in particular is without compare. Antiquing has been a hobby of mine for some time, and I have not yet met another professional that can match her knowledge and compassion. I moved to California a while ago, and recently needed repairs to my antique wedding ring. I visited several shops near me in CA, but was not comfortable entrusting my ring to any of them. I contacted Rhonda who helped talk me through what exactly needed to be done to repair my ring. She suggested that I ship the ring back to her store, providing detailed instructions as well as kind words to ease my worries. Rhonda was able to facilitate the repairs in a short amount of time, and I am happy to say my beautiful ring is gracing my finger once again.

I will not hesitate to reach out to Rhonda for any additional questions that I have, and will go nowhere else for my antiquing needs!

I found the ladies at Arcadian Antiques very helpful. I was happy to find that they have a jeweler that does metal work to do a small fix to my engagement ring as well as tighten the stone and clean it up! It looks brand new and so clean and shiny. A wonderful valentine’s day treat for me. We did not purchase my ring through them, but they treated me just the same. Also a reminder to everyone out there: Stones come loose and it’s important to get them fixed up/tightened yearly! 👍

This store is amazing. Their specialty is engagement and wedding rings, but they have plenty of other goodies too. My fiancé bought my engagement ring from Arcadian and the owners have been so incredibly helpful and sweet during the whole process. The ladies really care about their customers and will go above and beyond to make sure that everyone is happy. Wonderful store!

Visiting each of the Arcadian Antique locations was easily the highlight of our engagement/ wedding season. The owners are the most knowledgeable, attentive and patient people, their ring selection is endless and very thoughtfully curated, and we have recommended them to countless people.
Shoutout to Steve who was a big factor in finding our engagement ring- after patiently helping us at the Arcade try on countless rings he suggested a very specific ring at the Main Street shop and lo and behold it ended up being the ring. When we came back months later in pursuit for wedding bands he not only remembered us but yet again guided us to the perfect band- a ring he had stashed away as a personal favorite. He actually gave up his favorite ring to us!
