I worked at Home Depot, and still stopped by here for all my advice and remodeling supplies.

If that doesn't say anything about the character of its employees, the quality of the wares, and the deep loyalty it inspired in me (and will in you), then stop by yourself. Seeing is believing.

Some very helpful and knowledgable people working here. Came in looking for a specific item and asked about it as soon as I came in, and was promptly given detailed instructions on where to find it. Few minutes later, the associate who told me where to find the item also came to ask me if I had any questions using it and offered helpful tips. Will definitely consider this place first when looking for any hardware or household needs. They are well stocked and have a larger variety of items than I would have initially expected based on the size and location of the store!

I have been shopping here since this store opened, for about 40 or 50 years. The selection of handy products never disappoints! It's a great hardware store, with helpful staff.

Armando and Andy did a great job helping me get what I needed to ameliorate a nasty and corroded saddle valve.
I initially worked with Andy to get my hands on the necessary shark bite (no solder required) plumbing. Following further analysis, I realized I would need to do a full-up copper pipe soldering job. Not wanting to wait on a plumber, I decided to pursue my first solder. Armando provided extensive advice on tools and techniques, including buying the right blow torch for the job and how not to burn my house down. After cutting out the saddle valve, I found a dripping pipe. I called Armando who very quickly tracked down a special water blocker that allowed me to complete the job and restore water to my house. The end result wasn't pristine, but no leaks!

Well stocked, traditional neighborhood hardware store with knowledgeable staff to help you find what you need. It is large by traditional standards and has a much better selection of small items than a large home and garden type store but in a tiny fraction of the space. In many trips to this store I've never left without what I needed.

Locally owned hardware store. Been here multiple times and they're helpful. They give you the family feel. I recommend trying them. Better than corporate big box stores.

Carpenter Bros is the best hardware store ever. Everything I have ever needed I have found there. It looks like a small store but actually they have EVERYTHING under the sun at amazing prices. The employees are so helpful, kind, good humored, and knowledgeable. They have helped me with so many projects, including building a lamp and fixing my toilet lid. The other day I needed plexiglas cut and drilled and they did it very quickly and cheaply. They replicate keys way cheaper than anywhere else. They are also very understanding and helpful with returns. The amount of help I have received from Carpenter Brothers makes me feel much more empowered to do my own repairs. It's also nice to see familiar faces every time I go there. Thank you!

Love this place. Unlike the big box stores, Carpenter Bros always have exactly white I'm looking for...Today it was, Gorilla Wood Glue!

Love this place. The folks there are always kind and helpful. They have a whole isle of fasteners with almost anything you could possibly need. Fasteners that the big stores don't have. They sell a tonne of good stuff. Plenty of gardening items including rainbird drip irrigation parts (which is my preferred brand for drip irrigation in my garden). They also do U-haul rentals. I know they offer other services as well that I'm unfamiliar with but they are definitely worth checking out if you need something. Prices are definitely reasonable. Update: Still awesome. Read an article about them a couple days ago (03/26/22) and apparently they've been there for 50 years and still family owned. Good stuff.

Very helpful. I needed a toilet fill valve on a icy day. Went in the door and was asked if I need help. Was told , isle 24 on the left. Easy peasy, will definitely remember this place for future hardware purchases. Also price not much more than the big "box" store. Thanks for a great experience.

We needed an item quickly today and weren't sure where to find it, so I took a chance to see if this store carried it. I called up and sure enough, they had it. We were able to swing by and pick it up in no time at a great price. Walking in, we were impressed by the selection in the store. We're moving away from the area but wish we had discovered this place sooner to support them and take advantage of their excellent stock of gardening supplies. **All employees and customers were wearing masks**

Never been disappointed here! I'm usually shopping for nuts and bolts, and it's easy for me to find what I need. If I'm having trouble, the knowledgeable and personable staff is always happy to help. I've had key cutting and mower repair done here too, always with excellent results. Keep it up you guys!

Carpenter Brothers is a gem of a store. The staff are not only friendly but very well informed about many aspects of home repair and renovation. I find that the family run atmosphere lends a sense of investment to everyone that works there. A huge shout out to Andy, who went above and beyond to make sure that I got the perfect grill for my husband (along with all of the accessories). I noticed that he treated every customer as if they were the only one in the store at the time that he helped them. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, especially in the face of so many chains that are owned by big corporations. FIVE STARS!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I brought kitchen knives to be sharpened. They did a great job. Quick. Reasonably priced, and the knives work beautifully now. In general, every time I have come into this store, the staff has been knowledgeable and professional, and the prices competitive. Great place.

They have a surprisingly wide selection of goods at a convenient location. If Kroger doesn't have it, they likely do.
Staff is helpful even though the shop has a fake grenade to register complaints. Guess it's good I don't have any. Always good experiences. But don't delay if you need to get some equipment repaired. It usually happens at the same time everyone is experiencing the same thing so they can get backlogged.
