I have been an Arhaus customer for over a decade and I continue to be impressed with the quality of the products and the level of service that I have received over the years! I got the St. Lucia bed a few years ago and have been looking for the right nightstands. My sales associate recommended the Percy nightstands and I couldn’t be happier! I attached a picture of the St. Lucia and a close-up of the nightstands. I have also purchased the Remington sectional for my living room. I have a Goldendoodle that likes to scratch and dig on furniture, so Vanessa recommended I select the Crypton fabric. I have had this couch for about 3 years and it looks brand new! I attached a picture of my couch also. Not only has my sales associate Vanessa been wonderful to work with, but the entire team at Arbor Hills is extremely friendly and knowledgeable!

Karl and Johnny designed our living room, and it turned out really lovely! We got to run through different options on their virtual design software, and pick fabrics and finishes. Then, delivery was great! Didn’t have to wait too long for everything either - a couple of months for everything in our primary bedroom and living room. And Karl provided text support all throughout for my questions along the way! Thank you guys for the great support!

We put in a lot of time searching and shopping for outdoor furniture. We ended up purchasing several pieces from Arhaus in Ann Arbor this summer and could not be happier! From the initial visit when we met Arhaus’ designer, Kristen, to the day it all was delivered, our entire experience was fun, professional, creative and a ‘no pressure’ approach. Kristen was wonderful to work with throughout the project! She is so kind, creative and detail-oriented. The delivery people were equally as professional and efficient. The two gentlemen inspected every piece thoroughly and ended up finding a very small problem with one of the swivel chairs. He pointed it out and said he already ordered an entire new chair for us. He told us to keep the original chair until the new one was ready so we have a complete set! The furniture and cushions are beautiful and are of exceptional quality! This was our first purchase from Arhaus and definitely will not be the last!

Arhaus Ann Arbor stands above the rest in customer service. I have now purchased several items from this store and their customer service can’t be matched anywhere else. My husband and I spent countless hours researching what couch and dining set we wanted for our new home. I only had to go into the Arhaus Ann Arbor store one time and I knew that’s where we would be spending our money. Not only are the furniture items of great quality, so is the environment and culture of this store. Karl is such a warm person who immediately makes you feel like you are an important customer to him. He spends time answering questions and explaining the benefits of Arhaus furniture. I can walk in that store and I would immediately feel comfortable - no matter if I was dressed up or in yoga pants and no make up. There is no judgment and they are simply there to help. Karl has consistently went above and beyond answering questions and never makes you feel pressured. Johnny is also an INCREDIBLE designer. You can feel his passion and see how much he loves his job! Johhny spent so much time (even without an appointment) helping me find the perfect table for my space. He had no problem that I purchased some pieces from another store (no snippy remarks at all) and even put something similar in his design so I could see how it all fit together. As the two of them were working with me, Karl even said I could personally text him a photo from another store and he would let me know if it matched my decor! What other sales person does that? I’ve never had that experience anywhere else. So, thank you so much Arhaus! I am a forever customer and appreciate how you’ve all spent your time making me feel welcome and that my purchases matter to you. These are big decisions when decorating a new home and I left feeling confident!

This is a fantastic store with attentive sales staff. The items they have are high quality and the store is well set up. I recommend checking here if you're looking for quality furniture. They'll do 3d renders for you which help greatly for visualizing the new items in your space.

Just purchased a sectional, which has to built, so this review is focused on my experience. Karl Schwartz at the Ann Arbor store is exceptional. I threw a thousand questions at him, and if he didn't know the answer, he got it to me in no time. I spent more $ than I originally set out to for a new couch, but I have no issue justifying it, given the level of service. Which...in my experience, also probably means it must be a pretty good place to work. Karl and the rest of the Ann Arbor staff get all the stars.

Quality furniture is not the only thing Arhaus provides!!!! Quality service is top notch! Specifically with Angelica Marchi! SHE has made my experience EVERYTHING! I have NEVER been more satisfied with any service anywhere!! I highly recommend Arhaus furniture but with Angelica you will receive so much more!!! Thank you Angelica for your 150% attention and service!!!! You are more appreciated than you will ever know!

Purchased a sectional and two dinning room chairs from here with help of Karl. First of all, what they sell here is not cheap, far from it. The couch here is not twice as nice as the ones that cost half the price from somewhere else. But what I paid for was the excellent service and attentive advice I got from design consultant Karl. He is a professional and professional service anywhere has cost associated with it raising the final price. If you know what you want and know where to find it, great.. I did not. Thanks to Karl. I got exactly what I wanted for a price I considered fair.

Arhaus has treated me with great service multiple times. I believe the young lady's name was Andrea. She helped me chose
throw pillows for a living room and a few decorations. I also ordered a coffee table and it arrive on time Plus they did not charge for shipping to store where I picked it up at.

I purchased a large sectional from Arhaus. Three years later, the cushions were lopsided. My sister has the same sofa and hers did not wear this way. I contacted customer service and they sent me all new cushions. Although I don't think such an expensive piece of furniture should wear so quickly with only 2 people using it, I support a company that backs their products and would recommend them.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at Arhaus in Ann Arbor. I'm in the process of furnishing my very first home, and the amazing selection can feel overwhelming. I received the best possible service from Johnny Gonzalez, who not only helped me pick out the perfect furniture for my space, but also used a digitized version of my floor plan to place all of my new furniture so I could see how everything looked. He was very thorough and offered valuable style advice. Thanks to Johnny, I know that my new home is going to be gorgeous AND functional!

Andrea Opland is amazing! From the moment we walked in to the final sale; she was professional, detailed and engaged. AND not the frivolous engagement that you attain from other furniture reps. She cared about the space we were creating and provided valuable feed back. She provided space visuals that allowed me to purchase in confidence! This was huge! She listened to my needs and exceeded my expectations. I cannot thank Andrea enough for assisting me in creating my "Zen" space!

I spent an afternoon buying a new sofa, dining set and bar stools and found the experience wonderful. We worked with Andrea, she was great and patient as we talked through options. She found us the best prices and options to fit our decor. Don't get me wrong, it's expensive but you get the service and product you pay for.

Update May 2021... still waiting on that couch. Pandemic or not, getting kinda ridiculous. Hopefully I'll get something soon.

My experience at Arhaus Ann Arbor was stellar thanks to Andrea Opland my design consultant. I had purchased furniture at Arhaus six years ago and was retuning because I like the style and quality found at Arhaus. This time my intent was to find furnishing for a new addition and I felt overwhelmed with the prospect of creating interesting spaces that would compliment my current style but also propel me into new design territory. Upon entry Andrea greeted me warmly and she quickly gained my attention and respect as she started asking me all the appropriate questions about my visit and looming project. Her questions lead us down a very satisfying and fun path as we created three very unique yet cohesive spaces for my new areas. Andrea knows her products and has an innate ability to create spaces that are stylish - innovative and imaginative while taking your style thoughtfully into consideration. She gently suggested options that had never occurred to me but after we added them to our design I was throughly sold. My expectations were met and exceeded! I felt like we were a design team because she listened to my story. I could go on and on singing Andrea’s praises. See for yourself. Pay Arhaus a visit in Ann Arbor and ask for Andrea. I recently had a warranty issue with a piece of Arhaus furniture. While the corporate customer service individuals were completely useless and non-responsive, Brandon and Clara (at the Ann Arbor location) were absolutely fantastic in dealing with the situation and identifying a solution. We've purchased a number of pieces from Arhaus, and value their excellent quality. Now we can say that their customer service is just as superb.

I have been working with Andrea O. at the Arhaus Arbor Hills store in Ann Arbor. She is extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find just the right furniture for many rooms in my home. She is creative and reliable, and I will continue to work with her on finding just the right accessories for our home.

It was very nice working with Kat! She took the time to understand our house and helped us choose the perfect combinations! She is fully prepared for all the meetings and thinks about the customers needs. If you go to Arhaus, ask for Kat! 5 + stars for her!
