My son Erik and I recently purchased a 08 PT Cruiser from here and when we purchased the car everything seemed to work perfectly but when the car was delivered to our house the AC had stopped working. I was ensured that they would correct the problem and they were very dedicated to make it right. Ramses went out of his way to make sure that the AC was fixed correctly and promptly. He ensured my son and I that he would get it fixed and he followed through. He and the other staff worked diligently to make the repairs and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Yes, it is a small dealership, but the service they provided was nothing less then excellent. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is need to a reliable car with the service to back it up.

This dealership was a refreshing experience to what I'm used to. No high pressure sales tactics and plenty of beautiful selections. The sales team was so friendly and knowledgeable. It was a good experience and I got an awesome vehicle for a great price.

What a pleasurable experience! I walk in not knowing what to expect from a used car store and on top of that my credit is not the best. I was greeted by Melissa, sales consultant, and she immediately made me feel less stressed. They showed me OPTIONS and got me financed at decent terms considering my current credit score. I went to Van Vessen's looking for a car for my wife. I wasn't sure what I wanted but they helped me put together a budget and showed me all my options. I got a GREAT Dodge Journey, with a warranty for way less than I expected. I will definitely check with these guys first next time I'm in the market!

Definitely worth the drive! Great prices, inventory, and people to do business with! Even with questionable credit that has been turned away from other dealers, I got approved. They worked hard on my deal and got it done. They take the stress out of buying a car.

Yesterday was the best time of my life having to think about the best car lot out of town around the area This is the place to go the sales manager is awesome and he will make ends meet there very polite and helpful and Melissa is very nice lady and she will do anything to keep helping Someone. I never would of thought me and my fiancé will bring home a car and now our family has a car from them and very reasonable and to stay in your line of your budget I will refer anyone to check this car lot out the best one so far in Illinois I think this is located in Dwight Il right off the highway next to Family dollar and Casey so you can’t miss it Recommended 5 stars because they polite nice and very clean business and they Keep it Real with you they words is they will get You A Car Indeed!
