Station 343

We traveled a distance to meet family. Our table was perfect. In a quiet corner.
If I had a negative, it would be that when we were served our soup, I asked for crackers or bread. The server told us they were out and had nothing to offer. We had 6 in our group, and we all enjoyed our meals.

This place is really good. Really cool building. The food was really good. We had a party of 6 and everyone was really happy with their food and deserts. The service was great. Their oysters were really good. I'm convinced you could get any appetizer or entree & enjoy it.

Take the drive to Dwight! Take in the history along U.S. 66 and stop by Station 343 Restaurant! This beautiful fire department themed restaurant has amazing food, a full bar, and wonderful staff. Ask about their drink and food specials. Their banquet hall upstairs is a large beautiful space for a party, wedding etc. Stop by and give them a try!

Great steaks, chops, chicken, salads, etc. Good beer & cocktails. The name, Station 343, is for the 343 Firefighters and Paramedics that lost their lives on 9/11. The fire station theme includes a real fire truck inside and a variety of badges and patches and decorations. See photos below.

The building is from 1881 with wood beautiful floors and brick walls and is right along Route 66. Check it out. The service is always great.

Held our Mom's birthday party here and had a great experience. Food was great and the atmosphere was very nice too.

The place is beautiful, the food is delicious (ask for the specials of the day - the spice shrimp pasta are great), and on Thursdays wine bottles are half price!

Randomly selected this restaurant as a mid point to meet a colleague for dinner. Atmosphere is great, love the space, the history and the back story. I sat at the bar, service was perfect (thanks Eddy!). I had the risotto which was delicious. As far as I'm concerned this place has the perfect recipe for success and if I'm ever back around these parts I'll stop in for sure.

I recently had my wedding at Station 343. They were extremely accommodating and wonderful to work with. They made my wedding planning experience very easy and stress free. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and all of my guests were raving about it. It was perfect for our event.

I hade the pork burger this time and it was great. Fries were hot with the burger and perfectly seasoned. Margarita was great and the best thing on the menu in my opinion is the Bread Pudding. Fantastic place to dine!!!

I love coming to 343! Such a unique environment with amazing staff and of course great food!!

Delicious food, wonderful decor and ambiance and the owners are amazing. They have gluten free options and are very knowledgeable about how to prepare the food. Their nachos are my favorite!! Love this place and would highly recommend!

Our visit to Station 343 was again outstanding with a combination of great service and impeccable food. It is truly worth the 1 1/2 hour drive to enjoy their food and establishment. Our server Kali made our evening brighter with her personality and quick wit. I believe the quality and presentation of the entrees far exceeds the price on the menu. The owners are truly hands on and are extremely attentive to the customers. Joy was wonderful and has a great sense of humor and absolutely cares about the employees and the patrons. And yes.....we rang the bell again symbolizing great food and service as we left!

Great atmosphere! Joy, the owner, was friendly and very welcoming. We had the avocado brushetta and it was amazing. We also shared the pot roast sandwich which we thought was very good. The drinks and service were great. Can't wait to go back.

Was absolutely perfect!!! We started with Calamari appetizers...yum! Had spaghetti dinner, jumbo shrimp dinner with loaded mashed potatoes and the roasted Brussels sprouts. The Chicken Fajita Sandwich was so delicious and the fries...wow! We were so impressed and pleased with the food and service.

We really enjoyed Station 343. We had no idea that getting off the highway we would find this gem. The food was very good, fresh, and filling. I can say that the next time we hope to have more time to try out their expansive menu. Our food came out in perfect time with great flavor and was extremely filling. The bread pudding was outstanding. A must stop if traveling down 55 from Chicago.
