We had been just keeping an eye out for the "right used vehicle" for us to possibly buy. We weren't really in a hurry to do so. I saw a Ford Edge in the DeLong used lot and looked further at the vehicle online. The condition, options and miles met our criteria and then some. We stopped in to talk about it further, and ended up talking to Doug about the vehicle. Between the Carfax and the test drive, we became interested in possibly buying the vehicle. Doug was very helpful with sharing the background on the vehicle. We ended up trading our car in and purchasing the Edge. Doug was very helpful and attentive. Woody made the paperwork quick and easy, and we are very happy with our purchase. We would absolutely give DeLong Ford the opportunity to help us with any future purchases, as well as recommend their dealership to others.

I drove 5 hours from my house to by a truck I saw online they held it 4 day so I could come look at it and we bought it and met the owner Jonathan DeLong he Thanks took a look at the truck I was buying it had a mirror issue he couldn't fix do to a bad part and he said he was sending me 2 New mirrors at no cost. From the moment that I contacted DeLong Ford I was met with courtesy and professionalism. Doug in the sales department walked me through everything that I needed to place a deposit on my truck and followed through on everything we discussed when I arrived. The financing stage through Woody was amazingly quick and he had all of the paperwork ready to sign. It was the fastest financing that I had ever been through. After financing, Doug walked me out to my newly cleaned and detailed truck. He walked me through all of the features and was extremely informative. Best car buying experience ever! Delong had the Mustang we were looking for. I called Doug Scribner (who by the way, was fantastic to deal with) made the deal online. Even though we showed up around 3 hours earlier then planned. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. We finished up the paperwork, Doug went over the features of the car with us and we were back on the road headed home in under an hour. Just doesn't get any easier then this.

I found the exact model F150 I was looking for through an online vehicle sales site. It sent me to DeLong Ford where Dave picked up my sales lead. I've always bought my vehicles locally, but finding a 4x4 F150 Lariat 502A with Max Tow and all the extras and at a reasonable price is difficult in MS.

Dave contacted me and asked if I had any questions about the truck, then went so far as to go out to it and send me multiple walk around videos. I asked a few specific questions and asked that he point out any dings or scratches and he did. He was never pushy and really made me comfortable with the whole process. He followed up with the Carfax report and additional information as I was deciding. They detailed and inspected the truck, gave it an oil change, and then set up delivery all the way to my house (700+ miles away). The truck was loaded onto a trailer and driven to my door, can't beat that. I'm very happy with the quality of the truck and feel like I got a really good deal. I've seen 3 or 4 of the exact model and year (but with more mileage than mine) locally and they were all $4-$6k more than I paid, even with delivery.

Very good experience. Because of Ford parts issues, we didn't get the car until eleven months after ordering it. However, DeLong Ford kept us well informed when we were waiting for the car to be built. When we picked up the car we were told all the different features and how to use them. This was important because it is our first hybrid.

Great dealership to work with! This was almost an hour from us, but it was worth it. Pricing was good, Doug and Mike both very personable, and from test drive to finance - the process was smooth.

Such a great experience. So happy I went to get my new Bronco here. Constant communication for the past 3 years was refreshing. Also, speaking to me, even though I am a woman, and not directly looking to my husband to make the decisions went a long way. Best car buying experience ever.

Found a truck online, called and spoke to a gentlemen named BJ. I told him what I was looking for and that I’d be driving almost 2 hours to come see it, and didn’t want my time wasted if it wasn’t what I expected. He went out and looked it over thoroughly and addressed my concerns. Told me it was everything that I wanted and I wouldn’t be disappointed. Last time I heard that I drove 12 hours round trip for nothing. Needless to say I came out the next day and the truck was EVERYTHING I wanted and then some. BJ was spot on and and 100% upfront and honest with me. Something that doesn’t happen much more and goes a long way in my book. We worked out a deal very easily and am extremely happy with my truck. Also have to thank Woody too for the bumper to bumper warranty. I will not be buying trucks anywhere else but here. These guys are top notch. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a truck or any other Ford. Thanks guys!

Bought a 'used' F150 from Woody yesterday. We discussed all the details on the phone in the days before my arrival at the dealership and everything went better than I could have anticipated!! Woody was great in responding timely and in a professional and courteous manner. There were two things I dreaded purchasing: vehicles from a dealer and a cell phone from a phone store. Now I can say that only the phone store puts me on edge. This was hands down the best experience purchasing a vehicle ever!!! I remember the DeLong dealership and the family from when I grew up in Dwight and while the people and faces have changed over the generations the business is to this day an asset to the community.
