McDonald's

Personally I cannot comment on the food, I am not a fast food person. But I do drive for Door Dash. This McDonald's location is one of the better locations when it comes to service. All of the employees are very pleasant when I show up for a food pick up. I have never had a customer complaint about their order being wrong so they must be doing something right. Keep up the great work.

Man I'll tell you their coffee really sucks the last month. Taste like they are using half the coffee to save cost I'm done going here I'll go out of my way for coffee.
Ok original review was a one star. Something was very lacking. The last month they have so stepped up their game. New rating is a five. Thank you for the great service and great food and coffee!! A few employees go out of their way to make you happy!!

What a great staff! I ordered on the app and added a special request at the drive thru that wasn't on the app. They got my large order (4 hungry people) 100% right and were very friendly at both windows!

Worked here for two months and I love the people. Managers are caring people and help you in times of need even outside of work! I'm so sickened by people that like to say we're lazy workers or we just stand around when it reality you don't get to see all the hard work we're putting in to making sure you get your dollar cheeseburger made correctly. So before you go badmouthing one bad experience at our McDonalds I suggest you consider what it'd be like to actually work there.

This McDonald’s really has stepped it up. Fast drive through and always hit food. The young manager really stays on top of it and does a great job working always helping. He deserves a raise. 5 stars for Braidwood.

This restaurant is always clean. Rose the manager on Sunday mornings is a gem when it comes to customer service! She deserves a promotion and McDonald's is fortunate to have her representing them.

My favorite mcd in Romeoville and Bolingbrook. No nonsense clean fast periodt.

Totally remodeled recently. Has the touchscreen ordering system. Very clean. Service was friendly. I've been here a few times now and the service during lunch was a little slow but it was busy.

Good location, the people were a little rude but the food for the most part was out on time and still hot upon being taken.

Wonderful place. Stopped by for a second round of friends for soccer kids. Needed directions (cell phone battery died). Got both.

What a clean, quick place to get a burger. Have eaten here many times. Never disappointed.
