I cannot stress how wonderful these people are. I highly recommend using this company! I had my bathroom remodeled and ended up having 2 separate leaks. I called them and explained the situation and the lady was so wonderful and caring. They were very professional and came out right away to fix my plumbing issues. They even showed me before and after pictures , fixing what my contractor messed up. The price was also very good for the great quality work they did! I couldn’t ask for better service. I will recommend them to anyone who has any plumbing issues!!!

New Way is the way to go!! Fixed my leak problem at the water softener in no time at all. They were very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient!! 5 stars for me!!

I have to say, there are basically 2 types of circumstances when you need a plumber, those times when you’re excited and wanting to remodel/upgrade from your current set-up and those….other times. Those times you wish were not happening, are completely unexpected and not very pleasant.

I’ve used their services for both circumstances and I must say that this team is just amazing. They worked so hard to make sure my situation didn’t get any worse and worked me into their schedule in such short notice. They really went above and beyond and their prices are very reasonable. Jerry brings his A-game and has a brilliant plan B when something unexpected occurs.

These guys really bring that small town, help out a neighbor, old school mentality with them, and make you feel comfortable under the circumstances, unlike some of the other overpriced competitors in our area that are not at all personable and leave you feeling like you just dealt with inconvenienced robots going through the motions that try to tack on the biggest bill they can muster because they’d rather not be there in the first place.

I can’t thank you guys enough. I will definitely be giving you a call the next time I have any plumbing projects and would recommend your services to anyone.

I've used New Way Plumbing a couple of times now, and wanted to comment on how great they are to work with. They are dependable, knowledgeable, and will work with you to find the best possible solution to your plumbing issues. I've had them do everything from clearing drains to installing a whole new bathtub/shower and everything they have done has been excellent!! We needed our sewer line unclogged on a Friday in the afternoon. We called multiple companies and no one had availability for at least a week. Jerry and his wife were quick to reply and help us out! They also were very knowledgeable, honest, and did what was needed to fix the situation in a timely manner. Not to mention, they were very reasonably priced for the job. I will definitely recommend them & use them for any future needs.

I was given the name of this company by a family member/co-worker when I needed someone to help an elderly woman I take care of. She had a bad experience with another plumber and needed a leak fixed. New Way responded to me within an hour and when I explained the problem and sent photos, they had her scheduled within 24 hours. They were very courteous and took extra care to help as I was unable to be there and the customer is hard of hearing, treated her as if she was their own family member. And their price was unbelievable, we were expecting much more. We couldn't be happier and would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

I had a natural gas emergency and all the lines needed to be replaced. I called several places and New Way was super fast to respond. Their team was knowledgeable, honest and communicated everything with me in layman’s terms. They did exceptional work and never once did I feel swindled which can sometimes happens with work like this. Highly recommend!
