Hot Topic

When I visited the states for the first time 1995/96 this was THE store I fell in love with. Of course we didn't have anything like this in Germany.. coming back as an adult it was very disappointing to see how much this store has changed.. when visiting this one..I was told that Hot Topic will slowly go back to the way it used to be without all the anime items. Which would be fantastic!!
The beautiful woman working (sorry I forgot your name) was very sweet and helpful and I appreciated her kindness that day.

Laura the store manager is an amazing human! She is awesome at what she does, she takes pride in her work and her job! She was very helpful! We will be back to shop at the hot topic at the briarwood mall again. Great experience, because of Laura. Thank you, Laura!

Wyatt was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Definitely helped me get everything I needed and wanted to get. Even helped me pick a gift out. I'll definitely be back just because of him and his service ☺

I dont usually shop at Hot Topic, but I went here recently with my younger niece and the staff were amazingly pleasant.

Really love this store and the staff are very sweet and kind. I was late on getting something on hold and they were kind enough to hold it again. It's the first time I ever felt like I was important because other stores would not even put stuff on hold for me. So thank you Hot Topic!! Also it's a great store to be yourself and to see all the things you love from bands to anime to Disney and so on!! Hot Topic is the best and so are their employees!!!

The customer service is amazing, everyone's so nice. And the rewards card adds lots of discounts, even though everything is low priced to begin with. And it's just wonderful in general to see people who you can relate to so much, it reminds me that I'm not just a weirdo, there's other people like me. Overall stellar experience!

Great service! It's my daughter's favorite store and they always have up to date tends. I used to shop there almost twenty years ago when it was in another location in the mall. It's moved from leaning more towards the Gothic subculture to what's generally more trendy. We always have great service in there as well.

I love stopping here to pick up earrings and other stuff I don't find other places. I love when they have Invader Zim and Lore Olympus merch. Staff are always friendly and the place stays pretty clean

Love the people that work here, and they love seeing my daughter come and get some collectibles with me:)

Ask for Kelsey. Great customer service from her. My husband and I were looking for TV series Archer bobble heads. We’ve bought it from them before and went back for more. We were Initially told they were gone and on our way exiting the mall Kelsey chased us down and found a bunch of them in one of those bottom shelves in a corner. We bought everything they had. Not only did she make an extra effort to get to us. She made our day. Now that’s customer service. Three cheers !

Super great store. I find myself wanting to buy everything I touch lol and super friendly staff. My cashier (Oliver) was the nicest person ever and so helpful.

I called in about some shirts I had found online and was wondering if they had them in stock at the A2 location. They only had one of the items in stock. The woman I spoke to on the phone, Gana (sp?), was so helpful! She let me know that I could come in get the one shirt they had in stock and that they would order the other ones to the store for free. She also got me the in-store and online sale prices! I ended up saving $15!!! I was so happy to deal with someone so knowledgable and helpful. Thank you!!! I usually don't leave reviews but I felt I should because this experience was so great.

Hot Topic is always a great place to explore and let your freak flag fly! I have yet to have a poor experience and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure your visit is an enjoyable one!

Staff were helpful and nice. The store is almost empty every time I've been and the people there usually wear masks.

I went in looking for a specific item. They didnt have it so I browsed around. I ended up finding aome earings I loved. While checking out I was informed or the sale on them and purchased more. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff were outstanding , very helpfull and mindfull of true customer service 👍🏼, I took my daughter there and I do believe we'll be new regular customers from here forward 🤠
