Comfort Inn & Suites

My wife and I stayed here for a week for some trail hiking and ancestry cemetery fun. The only problem we had, which was minor and not the hotels fault, was a fire alarm issue at 12am 2am 6:30am lol, which was handled by the owners promptly. The staff here are amazing and always greeted with smiles and that southern charm and hospitality. Breakfast was great when compared to others, Coffee was always delicious and fresh, especially when the temps dropped to 30 degrees. The location is fantastic. It puts you in arms reach to I20 and just up the road from I65. Talladega race track is just 20 minutes away. ( We highly recommend the track tour) You are also within a 30 minute to an hours drive to so many amazing hiking trails, waterfalls, caves, museums, antiques, restaurants, and so much more. Talladega National Forest has the most amazing views you'll ever see. Kymulga Grist Mill Park is another location we highly recommend, especially if you like stone ground grits, cornmeal, or flour. All made the old-fashioned way. Don't pay attention to the bad reviews cause they are far from what we experienced here. We highly recommend this hotel if you like a soft,comfortable bed fantastic service and amazing location.

This is a newer, well kept hotel right off of I-20. The rooms are nice and clean. They also have a stone parking area for semi trucks. The breakfast area has a nice variety of breakfast

just a few minutes off interstate. near gas station and food. staff friendly. rooms affordable and clean. what more can you ask for?

Super awesome front desk lady and her husband. My fave hotel to stay when I'm going thru Alabama.

I'm confused with all of the horrible reviews. We were there for the Talladega Short track race and we couldn't have been happier. Our room was good, the beds slept nice and the entire hotel was comfortable over all. I guess my husband and I don't complain about every dust bunny in the light fixtures on the ceiling. We will stay here again when we attend another dirt track race.

Wonder front desk staff at check in. Super fast. First room had an issue with the AC. Zero hesitation to change my room. Second room didn’t have a TV remote which she was happy to hand deliver one and verified everything worked as it should. Everything was clean and no noticeable smells in my particular room. Good water pressure. Only thing that could use attention would be the grout in the bathroom. Nothing to stop me from future stays though.

Had a pleasant stay, got in around 1 am and woman running the front desk was very friendly. Hotel room was cute, some crumbs in the bed but the rest of the room was clean. Breakfast was delicious, with various foods to choose from. The lobby was super clean, modern looking and the room was decently priced. 👍🏽

The front desk person was very knowledgeable and spectacular in her customer service. The continental breakfast was also good. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anybody in the area or needing a great place to stay.

D at the front desk is the best. She's kind, caring and I had a coupon. The rest of the staff were courteous also. 💯

Front desk clerks on all shifts are very nice and helpful. Always clean, very comfortable beds and good breakfast.

I really enjoyed my visit at Comfort Inn. It was a feeling of home away from home with great hospitality of the warm breakfast bar and the friendly staff. I have made a new friend along with a favorite place to stay while I am on business. Thank you Comfort Inn and so glad to meet Djuana Hollis.. My stay over the holidays was pleasant

Clean. Unlike many hotels these days that the AC detects movement and when there is none it “turns off”, these AC units are wonderfully not that way! Stayed cool and comfortable all night. It was great! The rooms they have for patrons with pets do not smell like pets. Great stay!

Very clean, nice staff, nice breakfast!

The staff was helpful, the cleaning crew always made sure we had what we needed, and our room was clean. I woukd recommend this hotel to someone needing a place in Talladega and Lincoln area. Employees really do best they can to make sure the stay is enjoyable and peaceful.

Online reservation through Choice Hotels at good price. Check-in easy and smooth. Room clean and no oders. Air worked well, cooling room very well in 90+ temps. The breakfast was decent. Typical breakfast: eggs, biscuits, suasage, waffles, begals, cereal, etc. Common area were clean. Pool area clean, but pool needs a little attention... didn't slow the kids down though.

Truck parking is #1! Very nice staff, clean rooms, good breakfast and coffee. We love having a place to relax and get out of our truck every now & again. Will definitely be back. Thanks for the hospitality!

Everything has been freshly remodeled and update. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Over the weekend, I stayed at the Comfort Inn Lincoln while I was in town for a Lady Bass Anglers bass tournament. I was very impressed with the staff, the breakfast selection, the clean rooms and as a bass angler, I sincerely appreciated all of the outdoor electrical outlets for recharging our boat. I am already planning my next stay when I am in town for my next bass tournament.

I've stayed here numerous times, and have always been happy with the accommodations. The hotel is currently being renovated, but doesn't impact the quality of the stay. Good continental breakfast as well.
