Dr Ray and his stuff were absolutely amazing. Dr Ray explained everything to us very clearly and you could tell he truly cared about our baby boy. He went above and beyond to make sure our first visit was worth every moment. Thank you Dr Ray & his amazing staff for giving our baby a great first experience and for helping us understand everything. I highly recommend them to anyone!

All the staff were wonderful, especially Dr.Heath. We recently moved to the area and it was time for my Shih Tzu's shots and checkup. Dr Heath and the vet techs were so thorough and caring. I felt very confident in the professionalism and friendliness of all those who assisted me and my fur baby.

I've been through a lot of vets in a 45 mile radius from Birmingham to Pell City and this one tops them all! I am so glad I found them to care for my fur babies. Every worker/vet is very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They always give fantastic service, while getting me in for an appointment same day! I've seen Dr McMillan & Dr Ray so far and they are both great!

Amazing customer service at the front desk also. I've never gotten this kind of helpful, friendly, attentive and fast service at any other vet's front desk before. I even emailed them a problem I was having with my dog and they emailed back the solution in 20 minutes.

When I called about my dog having a negative reaction to some meds, Dr McMillan called back within an hour and thoroughly explained how i needed to proceed and told me to keep in touch so they know how she's doing. They genuinely care instead of just pushing you off like another customer. Super helpful that at my last visit, they took my payment in the exam room instead of having to juggle my dog, credit card and keys in the lobby with other dogs around.

Extremely clean lobby and exam rooms. I very much appreciate the interior and technology being current and updated, compared to others in the area being run down and dirty. Also impressed that they have computers in the rooms to take notes.

These folks deserve a long review!! Best vet around!!

I would like to Thank Dr. McMillan for always going beyond for my animals. Butters loves going to the office to see her doctor that saved her life. And she gets so excited going to see them. We love Pell City Animal Hospital.

Dr. McMillan saw our new adopted dog 3months old and had a thorough exam. Provided free puppy meds for some symptoms as an example of their care for our new pet. A little bit of a wait, but worth it. Very competent and experienced Vet. Recommended a housebreaking a dog in 7 days book, which is excellent.

I take the health of my dogs as seriously as my own. The Vets and the staff are friendly and caring. Once your in the system it’s easy to make an appointment should something unexpected come up. The online pharmacy makes getting preventative meds easy and with auto refill you don’t have to remember to reorder. The Pell City Animal Hospital is A+++

Very positive experience! I am always impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. I don’t know the receptionist’s name, but she was very friendly and kind.(She was working on our last visit, 12/11/23) A friendly face when you first walk in is very important.

Love Dr. Ford! She is always so thorough and makes sure I understand everything that is going on with my pet. She even personally called me to go over my dog’s lab results.

All of the staff are very helpful, friendly and professional. They took good care of a feral cat that I had spayed. They even let her spend the night at the clinic.

My first experience with a vet. I got a same day appointment, that surprised me. All the staff are very kind. They were so sweet and helpful. The doctor was more than efficient, explained everything clearly. I was worried about the cost. Thankfully, even that was easy! We'll be back, for any other problems!

Took my dog Max in for an issue he's having. Was very pleased with the staff and doctor visit. Very professional and prompt. Would recommend them to anyone who loves their fur babies. They will get top notch care.

I have been using Pell City Animal Hospital for two years now and they are a great vet group. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. Their doctors take the time to listen and evaluate your animal as best as they can. They are a great group! I would highly recommend them.

The staff worked me in the day before Christmas Eve. Dr. Ray was very thorough and made me feel relieved getting medication for my precious new dog. The staff was excellent.

This was my first time using Pell City Animal Clinic. Everyone there was very friendly. The Vet, Dr. McMillan, and his assistant were both very nice, and they took excellent care of my dog, Rusty. The Vet gave me lots of helpful information. He answered every question I had, and made sure to let me know that if questions came to me after I left that I should call them and they would answer any questions. I can’t say enough good things about them!

The doctors patience with peanut was right on the money, the delicate treatment of peanut was approved by peanut, I ask him if he wants to go see his dr. Ray he gave me a hug lol, for real, peanut is much better since his visit.

Our Sadie was diagnosed with one of the most complicated autoimmune disease all her vets had ever seen. Dr Ray and Dr. Ford never gave up. It was getting so bad with her skin that nearly her whole body covered with red sores. We were seriously considering laying her to rest. We contacted a company that would come to your home to do it. My husband and I said let try for a few more weeks and see. We are so glad we did! They found the right combination of medications that brought our beautiful girl back from all her pain. She's now so happy and skin is PERFECT! NO ISSUES! We will forever be greatful to her doctors and the clinic as a whole. Everyone is so welcoming

Caring staff who obviously love the animals they deal with. I feel completely comfortable leaving my furry kid with them, knowing that Daisy will get as much love at the Pell City Animal Hospital as she does at home.

I tried to treat my baby without taking her to the hospital, I had just moved and knew no one and had little money to spend. She couldn’t wait any longer despite all my efforts she was getting wore. I had lost my husband within the last year and my dog has meant the world to me. My dog (foxy) and I was both scared a little but was welcome with a warm GoodMorning by staff. Within moment we was called in to see Dr. Ford and within moment both our fears slipped away. Dr. Ford was smart, living and understanding. She was mindful of the money it was costing and gave the the options for treatment. By the next day Foxys skin was improving, I was relieved that my baby would soon recover from a fungus that was covering 75% of her body. She now could sleep and not scratch all night. I am so happy that my baby isn’t hurting any longer and the price for her services and in-house meds was wright on target. Thank you so much Dr.

Dr.s are very nice and take the time to explain what is wrong and what needs to be done. All the staff are very nice and very caring with pets.
