Aultman Dental

I was greeted very politely and my appointment was on time. The ladies were very capable and did their job. Dr Aultman is very nice and has a positive attitude. I would recommend them to anyone I know needing dental work.

The Dr. and staff at Aultman Dental are the best. I had a 9am appointment on 3/16/2023 I arrived at the office and I had already been checked in, I was taken to the back and my issue was taken care of. I was in and out and home by 9:45; don't get me wrong the appointment wasn't rushed through it's just they are very professional and get the job done. If you are looking for a dentist look no further than Aultman Dental in Pell City.

Aultman Dental continues to care for their patients in ways that, in my view, make them the best in St. Clair County and one of the best in the Birmingham area. Dr. Aultman has put together a winning combination of excellent Dentists, Dental Hygienists, support staff, and top shelf equipment. Aultman always always stays on top of the latest techniques and obviously keeps all staff highly trained. I have benefited first-hand from all of these. We are so blessed to have Aultman Dental here in Pell City.

Every visit to Aultman Dental has been a positive one! The staff is always friendly, and Dr. Aultman has such a great personality and communication from doctor to patient. 5 stars for sure! They truly know how to put someone at ease. The vibe is always lighthearted and positive!

I had an excellent experience today while getting my teeth cleaned. The tech did a wonderful job. My teeth are smooth and slick now! The dentist, Dr. Cheng, was a pleasure to meet and talk to. He is a gregarious man with an infectious smile but most importantly, he said I did NOT have any cavities since my last cleaning!!! Five stars!!!

Today was my very first time visiting Aultman Dental and I was very impressed from the minute I walked through the door until the time I left! Hygienist Reggie was super comforting and positive my entire cleaning & Dr. Aultman is a very knowledgeable, caring Dentist! Aultman Dental is the place to go for all your dental needs! They’re doing things right.

Aultman dental is an amazing office. I had a wonderful experience. They did 3 root canals and 4 crowns for me. One of which was a tooth broken off at the gumline and needed a post. Dr Aultman is very professional, personable and had a very high standard for the work he does. I'm confident with my smile again and everything looks completely natural. I received everything that we talked about I wanted to accomplish on the initial visit. Prices are comparable to what you're going to pay at any dental office and possibly a bit better. They care about their patients satisfaction and comfort. I should also mention that they are very prompt with getting you back for your appointment. No long periods in the waiting room. If your appointment is at 3:20, you're taken back within a couple of minutes of that time. This is a great dental office that I would recommend to anyone. It's the one I'll be visiting from now on. Five/Five stars.

I have been visiting altman dental for 4 years now and never ever have we been disappointed as a family. I have a daughter who is 2.5 years even she loves getting her teeth checked on regular basis and they are really good staff who will take care of you and listen to you concerns and give you advice and you get to choose what is best for you.
If you are in and around pell city and looking for a dental doctor would highly recommend you altman.

This was probably the best dentist office that I have ever been to. I have never had a good experience at the dentist, but everyone at this dentist office treated me like I was family. D was great. She explained everything that she was doing in detail. I would definitely recommend this dentist to my friends and family.

5 stars. They know your name when you walk in the door. To Aultman Dental, you’re more than a patient, you’re a person. Dr. Aultman is always relational and personable. The staff is the friendliest and most professional. I’ve had the same hygienist each time (Val) and she is attentive to detail and so friendly. Each visit I have feels like I’m just catching up with friends and good people. The facility is modern, super clean, and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend Aultman Dental.

I drove almost two hours one way for a cleaning today because I have never had a better dental experience anywhere else. Everyone is friendly and does their job very well. My hygienist D did an incredible job just like she did last time I had a cleaning. She is extremely professional, competent, and polite. I’ll keep making the drive because I believe I won’t find better care anywhere else. If you aren’t satisfied with your dental office, try Aultman Dental. I believe you will be glad that you did.

The most genuine dental experience I have ever had! Dr. Leverton and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Addressed and treated my concerns within the same day. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I think this dental office is absolutely wonderful. The staff and Dentists are prompt and courteous and don't make you feel bad or a burden like other offices will if you do have issues that need to be taken care of. They are always listening to your concerns and questions and just listen to you. They are reasonably priced for the work that needs to be done. I highly recommend them and I will be continuing to go to get all my needs taken care of. :)

This was my first visit, needed to change dentists since moving from the Birmingham area. I had a top notch experience from beginning to end! I literally walked in and went straight back to the treatment room - no wait! My hygienist, Christine, was PHENOMENAL! She was friendly, explained everything she was doing, and I experienced zero pain. Dr. Cheng was the dentist who met with me, and he was personable and thorough. I highly recommend Aultman Dental if you’re looking for a dentist in the Pell City area!

Kimberly, at reception, was so happy and friendly! Valerie, hygienist, was super friendly and explained everything she was doing. She listened to me and that made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Chang was so nice. He explained my treatment plan and made sure that I understood everything. I recommend Aultman Dental to everyone!

The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was the best ever. She kept me entertained with the dental information on the screen and was the first who did not overdo the sprays of water. That especially was great since the sprays were never to the point of overflowing.

What a night and day difference between my previous dentist and Aultman Dental. Every person I interacted with cared about me as a new patient and took the time (over an hour and a half) to make sure my cleaning was thorough and all questions were answered. The receptionist even gave me a gift card because I had to wait longer than normal. I didn't feel anyone was trying to sell me extra treatments--they started with the question of what *my* concerns were and the dentist took the time to educate me about some things no other dentist has told me before. I hope to make this my whole family's dental office.

Absolutely loved the care that was provided. From the moment I walked in the staff was warm and welcoming. This will be my entire family dentist until we die. I dread going to the dentist that is no longer the case this is the place to go it’s hard getting appointments but worth the wait if it’s not an emergency

Just moved to the area. Been here twice. Both times were a great experience! Everyone - super professional, nice… hate going to the dentist but they make it enjoyable.
