Love this park because it’s well maintained: There’s always grounds keepers there keeping it beautiful and accessible, the many trash cans are very regularly emptied, the paved path is clear of debris, there isn’t dog poop everywhere, and there isn’t litter. I love that the walking path is varied in slope and it’s a full mile long. I love that it’s dog friendly. I walk my dog here most days of the week and have never had an aggressive dog incident. Leash rule is respected! The water is beautiful and the tree coverage provides much appreciate shade.

Wow. The kids that get to grow up in this town have an awesome place to play. We were visiting some friends nearby and decided to visit with our kiddos.
The playground was unique with toys i hadn't seen before. It was very clean and inclusive. The park was very well maintained. A quick favorite for sure. I loved the incorporated bench for parents to watch over their kids on the actual playground instead of way off to the side as well as the beautiful view of the water in the background! It absolutely made our day when we saw the smaller playground closer to the water was "old school" equiped with metal slides. It was also well maintained and we had a blast reliving our glory days and showing the babies what we grew up playing on.

We rolled up on Lakeside Park during Lakefest 2023. There were a fair amount of places to dock or pull up on the shore, though sometimes you have to wait your turn. They provided some restroom options - then the booths, live music and food trucks were just an added bonus.

Love coming to this park for the water sports throughout the warm months anyways - but it extra fun when it’s all done up for Lakefest!

Great place to take a walk or to take pictures. Absolutely Beautiful. Loved the playground for kids only thing is maybe during the summer, they should put a canopy over the playground so the equipment won't be so hot.

It Has a great walking track around Logan Martin Lake that is well taking care of and has a small nature area with native wild flowers. The restrooms are well maintained. Dogs are welcome if they are on a leash. It has a playground and a splash pad.

Beautiful setting. Security is great. They have a boat launch play grounds pavilions for parties. The splash pad is top notch. Restrooms are usually pretty clean. Cant forget the beach front area wich is great for a family picnic or cook out. Best of all the beach is a free option. The splash pad is $3 per child adults are free and I believe the boat launch is 5 or 10 bucks.

It had been awhile since I last visited. Trails and grounds look well maintained. Lots of people out and about, many with dogs.

Really nice place to take the kids or family. They had a pier that you could fish off of along with the boat launch. They also had a beach area for swimming as well as several playgrounds for the children. We walk the 1.1 mile trail, which is actually a 10 foot wide asphalt that winds around 65 acres. Very nice way to spend a couple hours out of the day in the facilities were very clean.

This was my first visit to the SplashPad even though I had been to the playground and waterfront before. I was able to take my special needs son in his wheelchair through it to enjoy playing with his siblings and cousins. There was enough space for the parents to enjoy some shade under the pavilions, and a nice grassy area if you prefer to sit in the sun. Fenced in, staff was nice, offers a small concession stand for treats and the ice cream truck came through a few times as well.

Beautiful park with a lovely lake, I had a gender reveal party here and will likely use it for most of my future family events. Staff came by frequently to check the trash and keep things clean, the structures are clean and well maintained, and there's a variety of activities.

Clean little "beach" area, that gets very busy during the summer months. There is boating access, places to fish off the banks and a swimming area. On the other side of the park there is a newly renovated playground and a splash pad for young kids. There is also a gentleman that patrols the area on a mule, making sure everyone is safe and flowing the rules. A great place to spend a few hours with your kids!
