10-6-2023. I visited Family Medical Care on West Street in Weirton, WV today for a blood draw for labs. I have an appointment to see Barbara Fahey-Walker later this month. When I walked in, Rain greeted me and offered help. I told her who I was and that I had an appointment for lab work. She found me in their system and offered me a seat. Within a few minutes, the phlebotomist, Raeann emerged from the back and summoned me. She was delightful. Raeann made me comfortable and was painless when she inserted the needle to draw the blood sample. It has been 12 hours since the draw and I have no bruising. She did a great job :) When Raeann finished, she escorted me to the front where I checked out. Rain told me I did not owe anything and if I did, they would bill me. The customer service and kind, caring mannerisms of the staff at Family Medical Care were a blessing. I recommend this Medical Facility to family and friends.
