I have had nothing but good experience with Dr. Fournier, she has always taken the time with me at every appointment and given my A+ care over the years. Routine blood work, exams, referrals, etc. I recommend her to friends or family. Thank you Dr. Fournier!!

Dr Fournier always takes her time with me and answers any questions I may have, actually she always covers everything for me, that i usually dont need to ask her about anything she is a very kind doctor and caring

I have been going here for three years and have never had a problem. I can get prompt appointments where I am actually seen at the time scheduled, the staff are lovely and considerate and the treatment is first rate.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fournier's for more than 2 years now. I suffer from an anxiety disorder and often find myself needing to contact my doctor. The structure of Dr. Fournier's phone system borders on purposely obstructive. Regardless of the time of day you face a 3-tier call-back obstacle course. You must first reach the answering service, an apt name given that they make it perfectly clear that the only thing they are able to do is receive your call and send a message to the office. The next step is to receive a call back from the office (maybe). If you receive your call, you must then explain your issue again (answering service apparently has no pens or paper to write down information given to them) the receptionist must then contact the doctor. Now, in a time of a panic attack, waiting for 2 separate call backs is akin to standing in fire. After 2 years of hearing this idiotic system defended and excused by the doctor herself and her staff. I am throwing in the towel, please if you are reading this and want medical professionals that actually care, look elsewhere.
