Make sure you take inventory before dropping off and after picking up. That way you'll know what has gone missing and will need to be replaced. Also, be prepared to re-fold every piece of laundry that does manage to make it back to your possession. Rather expensive, too. I'll not go there again, unless they call me to come pick up my missing clothes.

Changed hours and by a paper written sign leading to not being able to pick up my dry cleaning for over a week!

Expensive and my dry cleaning came back no starch no press and very wrinkly.
