If you’re military, walk away and take your money elsewhere. I hired Kurt Glass in 2015 for assistance to represent me with a custody case. He represented me well in that situation however, while I was overseas (deployed), he allowed a 3rd party influence to drop me as a client and the remaining of my retainer was gone. Sent a letter in the mail that was vague and when I contacted him he couldn’t answer my questions. Fort Hood is big but service members talk. This isn’t the first time he’s dropped an service member while overseas.
