CVS

The CVS in Indian Springs needs to show the CVS on Ft Henry [Pharmacy) how to be professional and how to talk to their customers nicely! I sure hope CVS is cleaning house on Ft Henry and sending all Indian Springs employees there!

Great pharmacy. Friendly staff. Highly reccomend.

Wouldn't trade my pharmacists here to go anywhere else! They know me and my daughter's, our meds. My oldest has to take several different meds and the pharmacists there are So Good to help in any way with her meds. The rest of the store staff are friendly, courteous and helpful.

Just switched to one near me they are helpful

Best CVS in this town. I got took care of when the store across town would not do anything to help me.

Pharmacy staff aren’t all that friendly.. Besides Brian the pharmacist!!
Staff give attitude behind everything they do, even when asking questions about medication.
Need to hire some people who actually enjoy working with the public. Or who actually want to be there.

Shocked by the attitude of the pharmacy employees before i even got to the store. Was told they closed at 6 on Sundays and I came in at 5:06 and they told me they were already shut down. Walgreens in Blountville is much better, medicines without an attitude!

Worst pharmacist attitude I’ve ever experienced. Talks down to you and fails to look up from her computer or make eye contact. I live 5 minutes away from this pharmacy but will return my business to cvs west state in Bristol where the pharmacist cares about the patient and seems to love her job.

Usually my favorite pharmacy until today! Worst service ever. Went to drop off window and they kept helping people that came in after i had. Waited 20 mins at the drop off window. Didn't even get an sorry I'll be right with you. Surprised at the horrible service..

I stopped to get a bottle of b-complex for a preacher friend and this bottle was rung up at the register for $39.00
The manager I think Fred very rudely shoved a number at me inclided in the photo to call corporate and the employee was no different.
He stated he did not have time to see to my needs.
Some people bring their home troubles on the job and this store needs some training in quality and customer service.
