I had a great experience and as for the lady and her son bashing this man and his business, well I was there as everything unfolded. I will just say don't believe everything you without knowing the whole story. She seemed like an unhappy person you could never make happy. I respected his decision to give her keys back because I wouldn't want to help her too. No matter what I bet she would've came back and complained or said he messed something up or something ain't right etc. Have fun with that. Thank again he took care of my vehicle quickly and idk maybe it because I was a polite individual 🫢

They do good work at reasonable rates. But more importantly, he's honest. If he calls me and says a repair will be $X, I know he is giving me a fair price.

I have a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I needed the transmission replaced. They replaced the transmission and my car runs great. Some local shops had a waiting list for transmission replacements, these folks did a great job!!!

We have used JC Auto 4 times and you can't say enough good things about this shop. Really jam up mechanics and John is just a really nice, knowledgeable guy and straight up honest. Rare traits in people these days.

No airflow in car and they diagnosed the blower motor and resistor were bad. Gave estimate and worked with me on a fair price for sure! Very pleased with repair and the honesty and professionalism they provided. Will return if I need anything else. Great job y'all. Thanks so much.

Great service. Moved here a while back and didn't have a good mechanic yet. I definitely do now. They fit me in even though they were already busy, and it was waaay cheaper than going through the dealership. I'm pumped, as much as I could be with a surprise alternator replacement anyway.

The ONLY auto repair shop I will take my Subaru, Volvo, and our 2500 diesel Dodge Ram. John is incredible honest. I brought my Subaru in for a full fluid and seal check, and John told me it was clean and there was no reason to replace any of them, no money spent!! Since 2015, and will remain loyal.

I work at Belton High School and used JC so I could drop off and walk back to work. Always does an amazing job very quickly at a fair price!

Took my car in to get my broken A/C fixed and really appreciated how reasonable the prices are, as well as their honesty. My husband's A/C broke shortly after so he took his truck to J C as well; quality work was done again and our A/C works perfectly.

Today, I foolishly ran over a curb and something plastic popped off so I called J C. Bruce answered and offered to see my car right away. Shortly after, I was already back on the road. Had a very good experience here! Friendly office staff and repair ended up costing less that quoted even after I agreed to higher price! Not many businesses would pass the savings on to customer. Very honest, will use them again in future!

JC Auto is the best mechanic that I have ever had work on my vehicle. The are ethical with their quality of work, charging very reasonable prices and ensuring that the vehicles are repaired correctly the first time.

Took my van to him. After he took it apart and realized he could not fix it because of proprietary gm software, he put it back together and didn't charge a dime. Been a customer ever since. He is very honest.

J C Auto repair shop works on both domestic and foreign vehicles. I called and got an appointment quickly. The car was finished before noon. I am scheduling work on another car as I’m doing this review.

They did a great job replacing my motor mount. They didn't charge me to look at my car and it was ready in a few hours.
