Bippen installed a whole home generator system for our home. The process was EXTREMELY smooth and easy. From the quote to completion of the install. They went over everything from how they would run the wiring and transfer switches to walking us through how to operate the generator. The technicians were so nice and professional and cleaned up after the job was complete. This is a great company to deal with and we plan to use them for all our future electrical needs on our home!

Bippen Electric, Inc recently installed some new track lighting 2 stories high at our home. They provided a detailed quote up front, scheduled the job promptly, called before they came out, and the technicians were professional. We are impressed by their work and very happy with how the project turned out.

I'm very pleased with Bippen Electric and highly recommend their services. From the initial visit and estimate from Chris Bippen to the work performed by his certified and licensed electrical installers was outstanding. My main panel was maxed out and as a 1986 installed panel it was not in current code and standards. I had my entire Main Electrical panel and the external meter panel replaced, all brought up to code. Also, kudos to Huntsville Utilities who had to disconnect and reconnect power, did so on time, and worked well with Bippen. Additionally, I had new Washer and Dryer outlets installed and in preparation for future expansion, they installed a 100-amp sub panel above my attic in the garage 100 foot away from my main panel. I had additional estimates and theirs was the best. Bippen pulled the City of Madison permits, they were on time, completed the work exactly as I expected, and cleaned behind themselves with minimal evidence of pulling wires through the walls, attic, and crawlspace. Chirs Bippen and his team are professional, experienced, friendly, helpful and do as they promise!

At the recommendation of a neighbor, I contracted with Bippen to install a NEMA 14-50 outlet to service my EV charger and it was an honest and pleasant experience.

The initial consult was completed in a timely manner and I was given a couple options that would work for my particular situation (A full breaker box with an existing but unused 50 amp 240V installation), along with the pros and cons of each. I chose one of the simpler (and less expensive) options and didn't feel pressured to do anything different - Bippen simply ensured I had all the information I needed in order to make my own decision. I particularly appreciated the emphasis on making sure the receptacle was industrial-rated to better handle the continuous load that an EV charger puts on the hardware - something I had identified in my research on the topic.

After deciding what I wanted to do, I received the official quote the next day, and was on the install schedule just a few days after that.

The install went as smoothly as could be and the tech cleaned up the workspace when completed. I had some time to watch and ask questions during part of the install - and the tech was safety-oriented while indulging my curiosity.

Great job by Bippen Electric! Chris Bippen provided a timely, accurate, and reasonable estimate to install two outlets and a high-voltage connection for a mini-split system in my sunroom. The techs were Todd Copeland & Vincent Dominguez, and they did an outstanding job in every regard. I was very pleased with their knowledge, professionalism, quality of work, and pleasant demeanor. I will definitely use Bippen Electric for any future electrical work.

Best electrical contractor in Huntsville. As a Generac dealer/installer/maintainer, Bippen was the only electrical contractor that would install my brand new generator that I purchased from a different resource. It was brand new & still in original packaging. None of the other contractors in Huntsville would install - and I called all the big names - because I didnt buy it from them. The installation was quick & professional. Also purchased their maintenance package for our Generac. Bippen's Generac technician is no less than a top notch professional electrician! Her attention to detail and customer service is to a level you just dont find anymore. Hands down, the only electrical contractor that I will ask to take care my home! Professional, Honest, & priced fair.

I had Bippen come out and give a second opinion on installation of an even charger. Bippen’s estimate was dramatically less expensive and I realized the “other guys” had told me I needed a lot of upgrades to my system to complete installation that were not necessary. Chris was very professional and thorough in his assessment. They were able to get me scheduled quickly, and the work was completed as promised. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

We hired Bippen Electric to install a Generac generator and a whole house surge protector. We called the office and talked to Chris Bippen. He was very easy to talk to and he came out right away and gave us a good price quote. Randall and Katie were the electricians that performed the installation. Technician Todd is so friendly and polite. The company's whole experience is so customer-friendly - a phone call or two, a warning call "I'm on the way," very reasonable pricing, and professional, careful electrical work. Todd and Vincent were professional and helpful with several electrical repairs I needed accomplished. They recommended another issue that I missed and were able to fix it on the spot. The charge was very fair, and will use them in the future.

We have used Bippen for several years, first to run electric line to an outbuilding and install 50 amp outlet, as well as a Generac generator, which is also serviced by them. Courteous and helpful on the phone, same goes for the techs who do the work. Respectful of my property, gate closed when they left and I was not present, definitely is a bonus in my book!
