Food was a little dry, but tasty.
Avoid the fried Mac n cheese bites, four 1 1/2" bites for $4.25? While ok not worth the cost.
We got two Roast Beef Sandwiches for $6. Staff was super friendly, and order was perfect.
Overall a nice experience.

I got the 5 for $5 deal during beef week and loved each bite of them. Keep having the deal and I will be back. Love the roast beef.

They are the best Arby’s around! Great service with great Beef and Cheddar! The new Wagyu Burgers are just okay?? They need to stick with what they do best and let the burger joints do the burgers. All around one of my favorite places! Kudos to the helpful friendly drive-up window guy!

I came today and Kathy and Tina were working and I honestly haven't had Arby's in a while but I only had $5.90 and they helped me order something for under that price and the food is fantastic today Tina is very nice and held a conversation with me, highly recommend this Arbys, also sweet tea here is better than the McDonald's js.

I came through this drive thru around 8:20pm on 8/19/23 and the young man in glasses who cashed out my order at the drive thru window did a wonderful job. He was kind, courteous and efficient. Job well done! 👍

Melissa is an excellent register person! She is so down to earth and tried her best to make sure every person in the restaurant was happy with both their order and their visit. I would love to see more people like her! The food was also great! Love the atmosphere of this location will come back again!

Arby's has been bringing their A game lately!! The crinkle fries are off the charts delicious, and I just had the Buffalo Chicken sandwich, which was very tasty! The Gyros is also one of my favorite items from the menu!!

Order and received food in the best time! Customer service was awesome, Austin was friendly and even added items at the window, that was completely my fault for forgetting, with a smile on his face. 10/10

Gonna address some of these bogus 1 star reviews. For the people complaining about the line..deal with it..everyone is short staffed and there will be lines. For the microwave comment every fast food place microwaves even some casual places. For the person complaining about prices, again get used to it. Even mcdonalds raised prices. If anyone of you reviewers just says something negative without any justification you are a reason places are short staffed because everyone is tired of dealing with entitled people like you.

Great food. Appeared to have more mest thsn normal on roast beef sandwich. Loved the orange shake. Wish they had it all year.

It was awesome as usual the only calm that I've ever had with our races always been the same problem is that it's too expensive it cost two people 20 bucks easy to eat there and nothing cheap to see the same to have that's the only thing but it's worth it it's good

We have always enjoyed the clean atmosphere as well as the good quality of the food and service at this Arby's restaurant location. It has served as one of two departure points for our Haunted Historic Blountville GhostWalk for more than ten years and our guests find it a delightful way to begin their tour. Everything was hot and fresh. One of the better experiences I've had using the drive through.

I love there food and not just one thing I can get something different everytime I go there and it's always warm delicious and hits the spot . I love it

I'm a sandwich person and the French Dip🥖 with Aujus +Curly Fries🍟is my Favorite. Even better with coupons. Ava & I had an Arbys Muckbang ! We couldn't finish it all but it was very much enjoyed !

In all the years going here we have never had a problem with the food or anything at all!!

Food was a good temperature, service quick but they forgot my sauce on the side for my Ruben. Overall good experience. Arby's food is number 1 always.

I just tried Arby's new Crispy Fish !! It was Excellent !! Always hard for me to resist the Beef n Cheddar because it is always The Perfect Sandwich ! The Crispy Fish was a delicious change of taste for this Classic Arbys Fan !!
ps: The Arby's Rueben is Awesome too.
