I have never felt more secure than when I am storing with Ritespace. I knew their name for years before I started storing here, and I recomend it to anyone in the area.

So easy done in minutes did it all online. Prices were great and emailed me gate code in seconds.. would definitely recommend!!!

So far so good was easy to sign up online to get started first month is free just had to pay getting started one time fee and insurance.

I had a storage unit here for about 2 years. Moving in was an easy process. I had to switch units last minute due to movers arriving in a longer truck than expected (about 18-wheeler length). They were unable to access the back unit that I originally had. Rightspace storage allowed me to switch units with no issues. They emailed me in advance when any changes were being made, like pay or passcodes. They also would notify me when painting was happening nearby. I recently moved and was no longer needing a storage unit. I asked the front lady(I apologize that I don’t remember her name) what I needed to do for move-out and by when to avoid the following month charge. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and sweet. The front desk lady is AMAZING (same lady). I was on vacation and made a call to notify them that I had moved out of my unit. My belongings were moved while I was gone. I don’t think I left a voicemail, but I called when it was closed. I completely forgot that I needed to call again to complete my move-out. The front lady called me back when they were open because of her, I remembered that I had to complete my move-out. Move-out process is simple. I highly recommend this place for anyone having to use a storage unit. The prices are fair, clean, security is good, and the front desk people, I have never had any issues with.

Michael was very helpful and friendly. He drove me past 5 options for storing our boat/trailer and explained pros/cons to each which was very helpful. He completed our contract and obtained signatures and authorizations in a manner of minutes which was above and beyond given we are approaching the Christmas weekend. Highly recommend Right Space and Michael in Belton, Texas!

I just got my storage unit yesterday and Michael was very welcoming and polite. He made the process of acquiring my climate controlled unit a breeze, He explained everything I needed to know in great detail, and in a timely manner.

They were veryn easy to work with.

I got the storage so that my daughter could put her belongings in for the summer without having to bring everything back at the end of the Spring semester. I called and made a reservation quick and easy same as the move in day.

I had gone through the website to get a unit and had an issue to finish reserving a unit. I called and they told me to come in and they honored the quote from online. They were great at explaining the contract and showed me every thing and listening to my questions. Over all great experience with the staff.

On moving day I realized I needed a storage that same day and I was lucky enough to find Iron Guard in Belton. I moved in as soon as I signed my contract. The process took less than 30 minutes. Plus great customer service.

Pete Gonzales was very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly and took every opportunity to meet and exceed all of our needs. My wife and I could not be happier with our experience.

This place feels very secure. It's right across the street from a school so police park right in front quite frequently. There is a passcode to get inside the gate too. The staff is lovely to work with and its not as expensive as other places we looked at. Overall we have just had a wonderful experience with Big Red Storage in Belton. Very pleased.

Great location, knowledgeable staff. Strong Veteran presence with ties to community! Tough late penalties which motivate to keep yourself up to date. Highly recommended!
