Quick customer service upon arrival, Katy was a Saint shes calm and very helpful when it came to helping us find bedroom furniture that would work for our growing children. All staff were very friendly.

Experience was great. Rich was able to price match competitors even when others at Ashley said they couldn't. He follow-up with the delivery team to move our date up. We are running into issues with the drawers and Rich is working on getting that resolved.

We had a great experience at Ashley’s in Kingsport. They had the sectional we were after but we needed a right facing sofa chaise so they ordered it for us. Cassi was awesome. No pressure assistance, answered all of our questions regarding size, ordering, shipping, price matching, protection and more. She even helped me measure it with a tape measure. We were also able to have it shipped closer to home so that we as an added bonus. Definitely a good experience. Ask for Cassi if you go.

Katy did an excellent job helping us while we were shopping. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and happy to help. We will definitely ask for her when we return to the store.

My experience here was great! The moment I walked in and was greeted by Brittney with her smile and wonderful attitude. She was knew the merchandise and answers to every question I asked. I was able to purchase exactly what I wanted at a great price.

Gina and Rich worked together as a great team, providing me and my wife great customer service and being professional. I usually come away from a big purchase almost sick. After our transaction, I felt fine. Gina and Rich took all the pressure off. We enjoyed getting to know them both. Big thanks to both of them for a great experience.

Everyone was wonderful at Ashley, especially our sales associate, Vanessa! She reworked and recalculated our monthly payments till everything was perfect. She also was very patient as we changed our mind several times. Couldn’t ask for a better sales representative!

Vanessa greeted us as soon as we walked in and while we knew what couch we wanted, she got us all measurements and let us know of the sales and warranties to protect our purchase. Very easy experience. We were in and out with a sectional in about 20 minutes.

This Not iKEA, the store has a nice presentation, I like some of the furniture, but dislike two things - price is high and the employees jump on customers when they roll in through the door. Some may appreciate the customer service, but it feels like a car-sales commission tactic.
I realize this is not economic priced iKEA, so I will rate this review on presentation and nice customer service. There are a few cute things I wouldn't mind owning and I'll probably go back soon.

Rich and Gina were incredibly helpful when we were looking to furnish our home. They were super friendly and patient with all of our questions. We will definitely be back to see them when we are in the market for more furniture.

My Mom and I went to Ashley furniture in Kingsport and were greeted by Gina and Rich. They were so great to work with and help us find the perfect furniture for my home which is my first home so I didn't really know what I wanted plus I’m very indecisive😂. With the help from my Gina and Rich I was able to find the perfect sectional plus a dining room table and coffee table. They were great to work with I will definitely be back when I need any another furniture. I would recommend anyone to come and work with to kind and great people.

Went to Ashley Furniture on a Grand Opening Day. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Beautiful furniture & accessories. Richard R. was great! He assisted my daughter in buying her own couch for the first time. Richard was very kind and helpful!

Richard was very helpful I had purchased a living room suite in 12.20 and told by sales lady is was leather paid $2600 for it it isn’t leather an I purchased the pet warranty which isn’t run out an warranty company won’t take care of it but the suit is peeling but Richard has helped me with purchasing another suit and was very helpful I really recommend him for your next purchase

Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture. After we told him what we were looking for in living room furniture, he showed us the the appropriate pieces without the feeling of being pressured into making a purchase. Which a purchase was made and looking forward to receiving a new reclining loveseat. Thank you Mark!!
