Went in today and spoke with Ms. Kim, she is one of the most genuinely kind people I have met. This store was very well kept and extremely organized, making it for quick and easy browsing. She allowed me time to browse and we discussed different options. She seemed to know her inventory from memory as well, explaining where each piece was from, the benefits of certain material over another, and . And despite being busy, she made time to provide several quotes for me, clearly explained shipping and delivery process, and told me her schedule the next day so I was able to make sure to come back tomorrow to finalize my selection. I also called her to ask a couple follow up questions and she was just as nice over the phone as she was in person. Can't tell you how refreshing it is to meet a compassionate and caring person and professional business owner.

My wife and I purchased a high quality bedroom furniture set from this store at a great price. She worked with me on financing, hefty discounts, delivery options, and free inclusions. We will be going back to purchase an electric reclining loveseat set in the near future because of the prices and customer service.

Great customer service! We were greeted the second we walked in. This place has great furniture selections that look really nice and reasonably priced. If they don’t have what you are looking for, they can get it from the other location in Columbia. I’m so happy that they had exactly what i was looking for! I love this place. I came in once to browse and ended up getting a sofa. I have been back several times and made purchases. Mrs Kim is wonderful and its good to go to a place where you feel like family instead of just a customer. Service is great and the communication is outstanding.

Ordered a table/desk so I am able to work from home and was delivered and received in a timely manner!! Delivery was great and one of the owners I believe her name is Kim was wonderful to assist me!! Will definitely becoming back for more furniture in the future.

Mr. Sam and Ms. Kim are very friendly. They gave us space to look around with the family and were ready to help us when we needed it with out waiting. Great place with great people.

Best place to buy your furniture from!!

This company has the worst customer service and does not know how to resolve issues. I've had several pieces of furniture delivered across a 3-month span. every time you call and ask about it, I get a "we in a pandemic" speech. How come they didn't say that when I'm making a purchase and promised it will only be 2-week waiting time? Then THEY get an attitude with you when it's been 2months and you're checking up on your purchase. Then they ship one piece of my stuff at a time and notify you 30mins during a workweek that they're about to come to your house. Not, we will come to your house Thursday around said time in at least a 1 -3day advance!!! Oh and b/c I purchased some items on sale, I was treated horribly and they didn't have a problem reminding me that "You purchased it on sale so you will get it when we decided to come to you!" I wish I could warn people about how horrible they treat you after they get your money. Some of my furniture came in defective and their only reply was we can send someone out there to fix it??? After they haven't even sent someone out to deliver the rest of my furniture???

I bought a three piece sectional in March of 2021. I was shocked when they delivered our couch and love seat sections the very next day. I was told the corner piece or wedge as they call it would be in about 30 days later. Every 3 to 4 weeks I called to check on the status and was told by the end of next month "for sure". It is now the end of June and still no wedge. Being told no refund! All sales final! Now they say only store credit but I dont want anything from them so it is wait for a wedge piece that probably won't even match once I get it or take something else I don't want from their store. If I could give negative stars it would be -5!!!! Don't shop here they don't care about the customer only the $

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE OR COLUMBIA!!!. It took me 100 days with poor customer service to receive my complete bedroom suite... The owner kept saying he was giving it to me less than what he paid for it to justify the poor service but I didnt ask for a discount that's what kim advertised... I tried to support a black owned business but never again... they should invest in better quality customer service people and better follow up...he did end up giving me 300 back but after 100 days it should have been free....
