Great on the customer service. But let me tell you I tried the chili cheese double meat and it was YUMMY. If you like frito pie you’ll love this burger. Don’t forget it does have onions, so you will have onion breathe the entire day. Other than that it was good.

They were slammed busy, and we were helped by the management team as soon as we arrived. Food came out perfect, efficient. The team provided excellent customer service, especially a gentleman named Paul Bullock!

Love love love night shift here, super sweet always very friendly. Only negative thing i have to say about this place is about morning crew from 8-11. Not very social I usually order online and all i get is a “here you go” with no emotion and they walk away. Other than that 10/10 love this location

Service is usually great. Food is correct. Only problem I have had is coffee not being hot on drive thru orders.

Something about the evening crew sometime has young- giggle crew members that act like what they're doing is not important at serving drive- through. During the week at lunch is great, but the youngsters during the night are not customer friendly

It was very busy because of high school sport event in town, but these employees & management totally kept it rolling. They were putting out so many orders & kept everything moving. They were AWESOME! Great crew! Kudos for taking care of business!

First and foremost I'm going to say Rob and Angel were Heaven Sent. My family and I were stranded at this Whataburger from 1:30 am to approximately 6:45 am due to car trouble. I entered the establishment asking to use the phone to get assistance because my cellular device was dead and Paul looked at me with no empathy or concern about my situation. He stared and rolled his eyes and walked away. Shortly, after an Caucasian lady entered and ask to use the phone, he immediately gave it to her. I felt so belittled, discriminated and humiliated. I kept my head up. Angel, offered his cellular device to help and I appreciate the hospitality. No one wanted to help and give an helping hand but them 2 young men. They were raised very well for society and the respect for others. Did you know these men got off work and went to their residence and returned back to my presence with the tools that was needed to help my vehicle? Well, they did. If it wasn't for those young men help...this place would be receiving a -63 if the stars would go that low. This was the most embarrassing, unethical experience. Rob and Angel needs acknowledgement and a raise. I can't say that about Paul. Thanks for the time and understanding.
