Big Red Barn is excellent in all respects. The facility is modern always very clean and in good repair. The staff are wonderful always helpful and very friendly. We have been renting a space for over one year and the quality of this business is always excellent. The front office is staffed with friendly and courteous people. Their skills are very professional and highly organized. The units themselves are clean, climate control, and competitively priced. If you’re looking for a storage facility in the south, inside of the temple, or in other locations, the big red barn is worth the money.

Needed to rent climate controlled storage facility, wanting to have it near my home.
Spoke to Hannah Soto on the phone, and she stated that she had only one in the size that I needed. She also informed me that she had several calls that morning from individuals who were interested, but no one had shown up juust yet.
I informed her that I would be there right away. It was just over a 5 mile drive.
Upon arrival, when I walked in the door, she greeted me to by name.
Hannah was very pleasant, thorough with their policies, took me to check out the unit, then we went back to the office and she completed the rental process in a very timely manner.
I was even given a military discount.
Hannah made the process of acquiring this storage unit seamlessly. She was very professional, cordial, and friendly, not only to me, but to those with whom she encountered on the phone while in my presence.
The facility and the unit was very nice and clean. The grounds were also very clean.
It is a gated facility, which I wanted, and 24 hr access with password only.

We’ve had our camper stored at this facility for almost a year now. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. We had a power trip on the outlet and it was fixed immediately upon report.

They assist you with your questions whether it's your first time using storage facility or if it is your 20 th time having to use storage! They are Professional, kind , answer questions, and assist you whether you need to purchase supplies! They sell those too. I was able to purchase items I didn't know about for our move & or forgot about we needed. They were able to Education me regarding something I bought there and can use should I need to in the future when moving! The are professional when greeting you and telling you about the Storage size, payment or other questions you may have. If you have questions please feel free to ask- if for any reason they do not know the answer to a question- they will find someone that does. (Honestly, they seemed to know ALL the answers to my questions and even provided education a long the way- and I have rented units before)! HILLARY & BECKY were incredible ! Not meeting someone before you want to know about how YOUR THINGS will being carefully stored. TO BE HONEST I THINK I WILL NOT GO TO ANY OTHER STORAGE FACILITY AS LONG AS I LIVE IN THE STATE OF TEXAS AND WILL REFER FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO THEM AS WELL!! Thank you HILLARY and BECKY!
