Great place! Get there early so you have all the choices to be had. We have heard great things for a couple years and finally got to fly down and try it. Well worth the trip! The sausage was phenomenal. Spicy but delicious and the texture was spot on, the meat wasn’t too coarse or too fatty and the cheese and peppers in it were perfectly proportionate in my opinion. The brisket was good too and I enjoyed my bite of my wife’s burger. The fries I kept sneaking off everyone else’s plates made me wish I had gotten some myself, they were super crispy. I didn’t have room for any sweets but bought a cookie for later and we will be back for more desserts from what we’ve heard they’re all amazing.

Definitely worth the 45 min. drive, we got there around 930am for breakfast and it did not disappoint. The staff is super friendly and makes sure you have everything you need. I got the bacon ribs and pancakes (yes together) I would have never paired them together but boy oh boy was it perfectly delicious. The ribs were tender, full of flavor and melt in your mouth. The pancakes were super fluffy with a little crisp to perfection. The mimosas are great and just $7 for 16oz, more bubbly than juice which is what we all want. I will definitely be back but next time I will stay and have breakfast & lunch.

Five stars down the line!
The food is absolutely phenomenal. The people are delightful and attentive. The atmosphere is lifting.
Recommend everything on the menu. Favorites are the brisket (lean), extra pickles, macaroni and cheese, corn bread with butter (sweet butter), and iced tea.
Dessert (try to save room or take it To go): cheesecake!!! Bread pudding is a very close second.
This place does not disappoint. Went back twice in the same week to sample the variety of food.
Ribs were tender and potatoes are on point.
Great job Miller’s Smokehouse - you have me as a customer every time I am in town!

It felt like I had been here before when I walked into Miller’s Smokehouse. I came to Belton to meet a client and had never been here prior to this trip. From the gentleman at the door making sure it didn’t get too crowded to the staff that served and greeted us, we felt like we were part of this quaint little town. The food was fresh and perfectly cooked. I am not a big barbecue fan so when I eat somewhere like this, I am quite finicky. I had the house burger without a bun and fries. My husband had the brisket, potato salad, mac&cheese, and coleslaw. Of course I took a bite of everything he had and he checked mine out as well. The dining area was clean and well mapped out. Along with the great food, the staff made us feel welcome. I plan to come back and eat here on my next trip

My brain shorted out at the first bite of sausage. I never got one of the sides I paid for, but the food was so good and the wait staff so nice, I just let it go. (I never let it go. I am transformed. 🍖🧘🏾‍♀) They have Yellow Rose on draft. Worth repeating: superlative Texas BBQ and superlative Texas beer. I'm already trying to figure out a way to make this 65-mile drive a regular thing in my life.

This place is incredible. I've eaten at most popular BBQ places in Texas and Miller's Smokehouse will give any of those BBQ places a run for their money! I'll bet before long there will be a long line that starts in the wee hours of the morning - be sure to try this place before then! Every meat and every side we got was amazing. The thoughtfulness they put into this place did not go unnoticed. I only wish I took pictures of my food to add to this review, but it didn't last long enough.

Fast, efficient service in a large space. Cheddar jalapeno sausage was fantastic. Pork ribs were perfectly cooked and very moist with a classic Texas rub. Brisket was good, but a bit overcooked in parts of it. Good for both large groups and families. Solid drink selection including local craft beer, sodas, etc...

I just so happened to be in the area looking for brunch after a horrible restaurant experience the night before, but my favorite place had an extended wait time, so I decided to check out Miller's Smokehouse. From the moment I walked up, I felt welcomed. One of the employees opened the door for me and welcomed me in. I wanted to try everything because it smelled like Heaven inside. I decided on the Big'un because it had a little bit of everything, along with the broccoli salad and a sopapilla cheesecake. They have one of my favorite brands of soda that you don't find everywhere also. I got a window in the sun to people watch as I ate, and I must say it was relaxing. My food was brought out pretty fast, and the presentation was up to par. It looked like it wanted to be eaten. The Big'un is packed with so many levels of flavor and textures, with hot and cold also. That alone had me ready to hibernate. All of the sauce flavors were good also. My broccoli salad was ok. It wasn't bad, but it seemed like it was missing something. I'd try it again. Now on to the Sopapilla Cheesecake! I was so full that I took it to go, and later that night, I tried it. My God! That cheesecake was served at The Last Supper! Millers was a hit all the way around. They also have a coffee bar that I plan on trying out next time. This is a must try establishment!

Third time stopping here, first time remembering to take a pic before enjoying some of the best brisket it Texas! Pretty sure they only use salt and pepper with a lot of smoke, and it’s perfect. Sausage is sausage, nothing special. Broccoli salad was amazing. Coleslaw was ok.

Another visit: Came back and got the smoked and fried wings. Absolutely the best thing on the menu!!! Plus some brisket, coleslaw was better this time around too

Second time here in three days and the moist cut brisket was amazingly good both times. The cornbread with butter can be a dessert all on its own. Service is great, food is great, and the selection of sodas are nice since they have more than the usual.

Looking for a great place with friendly staff, good food and a laid back atmosphere? Look no further. It was my first time, and Branin(my apologies if I spelled your name incorrectly) was super friendly in helping me to choose and place my order. Food came out in a timely manner. Portions were just enough and worth the price. Everything tasted fresh made and delicious. I will be back and will bring friends

My wife and I are from out of town and we wanted some good BBQ and this place did not disappoint!
We got some brisket with fat and some lean and both were melt in your mouth delicious! The ribs stole the show though! They were tender and flavor packed! The sausage was average. The Mac and cheese had a good taste and the pinto beans had a little bit of warmth to them with good flavor! If you are close check this place out! It looked like they also had pie and coffee but I was too stuffed to do any more!

Ok, so a friend of mine had a birthday the day before, so we chose a Monday to go out to brunch in Belton, Texas. We were going to one place, but it ended up being closed, so we googled somewhere close to eat. So as we were walking looking for the restaurant, we ran into Miller's smokehouse. Or should I say our noses took us to this place🤫 When we walked in, this place is huge, and we found out that everything they make here is from scratch.🤯 Guys, let me tell you they make sausages, bacon, they make all type of desserts. A banana pudding and a cheesecake that was given to us by a lovely woman named Randa. She totally had a beautiful spirit. 🤗 She told us everything about the restaurant. She brought us the cheesecake and a banana pudding for my friend's birthday. Then she turned around and brought us a bacon rib OMG.🫣 If you've never had a bacon rib, get you some!!! 🤪 When I tasted it, I told my friend I wanted to stab her with my plastic knife.🫨 It was that good, she tasted it and her eyes open👀, so she literally said.... I'm going to go and get us some more.🤣😂 We also ordered breakfast sandwiches. My friend ordered a brisket egg and cheese sandwich, and I also got a smoked sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. They were banging also😋 So, by saying that this place is truly amazing. 👊 The food was outstanding. The service was out of this world, and I can't wait to go back and take my husband for breakfast.❤
So if you're ever in Belton downtown, look for them. They're at 300 E Central Avenue Belton, Texas. 76513😉

This brisket just melted in my mouth, and the flavor! My wife and daughter loved the chicken. Sides were great: butter potatoes were both unique and delicious, and the beans were just beans, tasty with no pork added.

The BBQ was delicious wish they served a little bit more for the prices they offered. But I'm just being greedy. I highly recommend the sopapilla cheesecake

This spot never disappoints. Their barbecue is delicious, flavorful and juicy. I tend to go for the moist brisket and their sausage. They started selling hamburgers on Thursdays. It’s a double cheeseburger with bacon and bbq sauce. I believe their patties are made with brisket, regardless it’s very juicy. Their bacon is thick and crispy. The bun is nice and soft and holds the hamburger well.

I’m from California and have never been a fan of BBQ joints because Beef brisket and pulled pork are usually so dry that you have to smother them with sauce to choke them down. At Miller’s Smokehouse I finally found out what great BBQ is!
The brisket was tender, the chicken was moist and the pork ribs were just right( tender with a perfect
amount of Mahogany on the surface). All the above were delicious! I am a changed woman!
Also, the corn bread is wonderful too.

Food was excellent. Atmosphere was inviting and relaxed. Beer was local and delicious. Hostess, cashiers, servers, and manager were insanely friendly and accommodating. The floor lead however was being a condescending d-word to the rest of the staff. Like, in front of customers. Not sure what planet they live on where they think that's a) acceptable behavior or b) goes unnoticed, but despite that they (the staff) were awesome. Note: Order the moist brisket and prepare to have a religious experience.

I was able to visit Miller's Smokehouse on a recent trip. Ordering was a little unconventional as there were two counters: one for food, the other for coffee and adult beverages. That in no way took away from the experience. The food was delicious! I wanted to sample some "Texas BBQ" and Miller's didn't disappoint.
I got the Tha' Curtis and my girlfriend got the Sausage Wrap. Both meats were smokey goodness. We got coleslaw, potato salad, buttered potatoes, and Mac n' cheese for our sides. The butter potatoes and potato salad were our favorites. Be sure to also get their cornbread muffin with honey butter. It was a yellow cornbread that was slightly sweet.
