Having bought and sold four homes in my life, I can say that David is the best realtor that I've ever used. He's patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. David is amazing. In less than two months, he has sold two properties for me. He only represents the seller and the property, but he truly cares. David is FANTASTIC, absolutely loved working with him. He is one of the nicest people I have met. We started our house hunting in May of 2024 and bought a house in July of 2024. I can sometimes take a while when picking out a house, big purchase and I didn't want to rush into anything. We moved over the summer and wanted to be in a house before school started but I wasn't going to settle. David was the most patient realtor with me and NEVER pressured me into make a decision before I was ready. You will not lack on communication from David. He was always checking in with us, sometimes just about how our move was going and if we needed anything, but also on new houses in the area, if prices dropped, and everything in-between. When it came to us putting in an offer he was fantastic. He communicates well with other realtors and handled everything. The process was so smooth with no hiccups. Nothing was overlooked or missed. He makes sure that you are taken care of when it comes to everything. If/when we need to use a realtor again in the Salado/Belton/Temple area we will absolutely use him again.
