Dave Covington is truly a great realtor, he's responsive, incredibly knowledgeable of the area, and an expert in his field. Since we were moving here for my residency program, we were under a time crunch and he managed to get us viable options within our price range (and desired location) very quickly. So quickly, in fact, that we had placed earnest money on a house within the span of a few days! It was one less thing to worry about knowing that we had a home lined up for when we moved our family here. It is a pleasure to review Dave Covington at Covington Real Estate. In the space of 5-weeks we made first contact, identified options, obtained a signed contract and closed on an investment property. Dave was very professional- knowledgeable, personable, accessible, capable and all the other "bles" required for a top-notch agent. Dave intimately knows the Temple/Belton real estate market and he has great working relationships with others in the real estate community. Tonya Jarvis is a GEM!! We were buying long distance . She went out of her way to send video and photos of the places we were interested in. She made sure all the inspections and some repairs were done. She made the closing as easy as possible, again long-distnce. And she was a huge help in giving advice familiarizing us with our new town. She is the BEST realtor we have ever had !!

I can't possibly say enough good about Tonya, we bought our home sight unseen from 2,000 miles away when the home market was going absolutely insane. She saved us thousands by sharing her honest knowledge of the market and property values, even when homes were selling for $100k+ over asking. Even during that hectic time, Tonya was always right on top of EVERYTHING and made us feel like we were her only clients. She video called us to show us around the house, always kept us in the loop with pictures of repairs being done and updates during the whole buying process from start to finish. We couldn't have possibly asked for a better realtor in our corner!

Barrett of Covington is very pleasant and easy going, helpful and understanding. You don't feel neglected after you sign the lease like I've experienced at a different rental company. Sharon, his trusty office associate, is exceptional. She always has a smile and is ready to provide assistance or offer solutions to problems of there are. We enjoy having them as landlords, so to speak. I would recommend renting from Covington to anyone.

Terri Covington has an excellent reputation for a reason, she is the best. If you take the time to consistently ask people throughout the area for recommendations over the course of 18 months (which we did) Terri's name will come up over and over again. Terri was able to quickly ascertain our wants, reconcile what we wanted with our budget, and then took us directly to the house of our dreams (which we'd completely missed 100+ hours of our own internet searching).

Terri Covington knows this market inside and out, and we felt she made finding the perfect home for us her singular goal and focus. We know that she has lots of other clients, but we felt like the only ones. Five of five stars.

ps: of all the people that told us to go to Terri, the most simple and true reference came from another local Realtor who said: "Terri is the best, she does not miss a thing".
