Ruby Tuesday

First time at this location. FANTASTIC. They were swamped and understaffed but the staff did great. The food was so good, the salad bar was so good, the service was very good. We will definitely be back!

December 2023 had fish cakes zero Taste. Manger was very nice said next time we come in he would comp me. January 20, 2024, my wife and I went in, I ordered cheeseburger and fries. The burger tasted like it was sitting in old cooking oil. 24 hours later I can still taste it. Nice salad bar

Ashley our server made us feel right at home and welcome and served us with a smile! She was so sweet and very professional. She also knew the menu well to help us make selections it was a 10 out of 10 experience!!

Anna very pleasant and welcoming! Made sure we both had everything we needed several times. There was no hurry. Boxes were brought without asking. Excellent food and salad bar! A great server, and a great place to eat! Crossville Rubys

We went around 6 and there was about a 10 minute wait which wasn't too bad. The salad bar was really good (I went straight for the pasta salad). I ordered the chicken parmesan and it was very good, the chicken had a nice breading to it. We ordered three desert 😬😂 cheese cake, lava cake, and the red velvet cake. The lava cake had no "lava" in it but it was still very good and the ice cream was still cold and not warm/melted. The red velvet cake was absolutely delicious and my family enjoyed the cheesecake.

A great lunch today! The food was great but even better service given to us by Shelby! Would definitely recommend!

Had lunch on Sunday with my son. Food was good but the best part was the young man who was our waiter. I can’t remember his name but it was very unique. Never heard the name before. He was so helpful, polite, and friendly. He did a great job. Unfortunately that level of service is rare these days but he was great. We were both very impressed. I highly recommend them based on our experience.

The food was amazing. Very fresh and flavorful. It came out quickly and our server, Anna, was the nicest. She checked in on us frequently and never let our drinks go empty. Will definitely be coming back and I recommend this restaurant to everyone!

This restaurant is very clean . If you end up getting James as your server you will have the best server ever . Great experience hands down !

We enjoyed Ruby Tuesday on a Saturday night. Our party of 10 was seated promptly and the food was served quickly and piping hot! I would recommend the deconstructed shish kabobs. Yummy and very filling! Our waitress Anna did a phenomenal job keeping up with everything. (And in fact, we hope she moves to Knoxville to work at our restaurant ;) shhh)

ASHLEY WAS OUR SERVER AND SHE WAS SOOOOOOO FANTASTIC..My sister and I really needed ASHLEY s positive fun attitude. She was professional and really intuitive as to what we were looking for from our sister lunch.

We ate here on Sunday and then we went back again the next day. The salad was fresh and the food was great too !

Friendly staff, very good salad bar and the restaurant was clean. The food was good and price was reasonable. Will go back when in the area.

was absolutely awesome. Took care of our every need! We are definitely going to order that bourbon salmon again.!

I have so loved this place! Makayla told me about the “half bottle prices of wine” (she knew I loved my wine) and turned me on to it.
I am 30 minutes closer to the Harriman store. Yet will drive the extra 30 minutes just for this atmosphere!

Barbara Wyatt was our server and she was amazing. Very responsive and our food came our very quickly.

Waiter Arlan was very friendly and helpful. Explained Ruby rewards to us as we are new to it. Good value for the price. Food was served quickly and was good.

Ashley and Justin served us. Ashley was in training and she is going to be such an asset for Ruby Tuesday. She was up beat, enthusiastic and such a pleasure!!! Such a pleasant experience.

Makayla was an awesome bartender. Drinks were cold. She was on top of things, made sure we were well taken care of and having a good time.

Food was good, waitress was good and friendly. ( Kristie ? Kylie ) great pumpkin cheesecake. Little short on the coleslaw but good all around for a fair price.
