La Luncheonette

This is a wonderful place to get some food. The food is very tasty, not greasy or heavy. There are many options for group. The devil’d eggs and bacon wrapped dates are a must. The sliders that I had came with these chips and salsa that everyone devoured! The inside is clean. It’s right next door to a cute brewery! Definitely check it out if you are in the area

OMG, SO good...I wish I weren't just passing through on a work trip so I could go back! A local coworker recommended it and he was not wrong. The "flavor of the day" deviled eggs, which were some sort of spicy concoction. I also had the shrimp tacos. I was in a bit of a rush and I regret I did not take any photos. There were several other things on the menu that intrigued me... Go check it out, try them and post a review so that I may live vicariously through you until I'm able to get back to the area. 😉

I'm always down for healthy meal options. So while taking a break from errands. I looked up places to eat near me and La Luncheonette was the 1st on the list on Google. It's a very quaint place to eat, very clean, and the service was sweet too.
I had a Chili lime Chicken Sweet potato bowl. 😋 My husband had shrimp tacos he couldn't stop saying how well the shrimp was grilled. For him, the portions weren't enough to fill him. Still very flavourful and yummy.

First time here, very clean establishment was great for a quick, quiet lunch the atmosphere was calming and had nice art work to admire from local artist.

My husband got the true Texas salad with steak and they did not skimp out on the steak super delicious and flavorful
I got a taco salad with carnitas which tasted great as well had carnita in every bite
Our little one had cheese quesadillas with a side a fruit

Brooke is absolutely fantastic!! She catered an event for my mens group, roughly 100 guys over a weekend and she absolutely rocked it! All of the food was delicious and prepared with love, and every single growling stomach was satisfied. Thank you SO MUCH Brooke!! I hope we can continue working with you and your team in the future!!

Great place for quality over quantity.

Fancy and delicious food. Reasonably priced all things considered.

I ate steak and potatoes special, and it wasn't what I was expecting. Pleasant surprise. Sliced potatoes with some kind of roasted bell pepper sauce, slices of avocado, chunks of beef, and slices or raw red onions.

They use pretty dishes.

I was still hungry after I left, but the quality was good.

What a delightful little place! Parking was easy. The store is cute. The food was delicious. We ordered some bowls for our late brunch (Mateo) on the website and it was so easy to do. They listed wonderful topping suggestions so we loaded up...lots of fresh avocado, sour cream , salsa...anything you'd like. I wish we had found this place sooner. We parked around the corner on the water and enjoyed our food and the views. We will be coming back regularly. Healthy options, fresh food and smiling faces. How can you beat that?

Brooke was absolutely a SUPERSTAR!!! She was so kind and fed me and our group of grown men like kings! Thank you so much Brooke! You truly are awesome!

I love the food I have never had fried okras my first time and they were awesome The plating was appetizing and very inviting I'm sure to come back soon

We used La Luncheonette for an 80 person gathering over 3 days and everything was great. This is two years in a row and will be a third next year! Highly recommend. You will be happy and full:))

Delicious food and friendly staff with great service. They catered our weekend retreat and were phenomenal.

They were the BEST!
So loving, and attentive. Brooke came out and did a catering event for our non-profit organization men’s retreat - by the end of the 4 days, she felt like our momma! (Plus, i was the only vegetarian out of the 50 men she catered for, and she would take the time to specifically separate a vegetarian dish for me - she really went above and beyond — THANK YOU!)

The best chicken salad I have ever had! It’s called the Penelope and it is so yummy! Get it on a lettuce wrap if you’re gluten intolerant or cutting carbs.

How do you feed close to 100 men breakfast, lunch and dinner 2 days in a row? Well you hire La Luncheonette! Food was amazing and impossible to go hungry. Service was impeccable and they are truly a blessing to be around. Thank you!

Very friendly staff, I ordered the chicken salad wrap with chips….. this is some of the BEST chicken salad I have had! The chip’s also taste HOMEMADE! She went over the menu with mess well, giving suggestions!
10/10 wish I worked around here everyday instead of Waco!

I ordered a breakfast bowl with all kinds of yummy toppings and it was truly one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. The ingredients were fresh, the brisket was phenomenal and the salsa was perfect. I will definitely be coming back for breakfast more often and can’t wait to try a lunch item!
