Tru by Hilton Raleigh Durham Airport

This hotel is in the Raleigh Airport grounds.
It has the basic structure and ambiance of every Tru Hotel. Rooms are comfortable and offer a small cooler/refrigerator. Amenities included pool table, gym, free parking, free breakfast, and all day free coffee and tea.

Breakfast is outstanding. Instead of runny eggs, they served small egg and cheese omelets that were incredible. Fresh pancakes and bagels with many types of spreads. Also cereal and four types of juice. Right off the interstate and close to airport. Hilton beds are firm yet very comfortable. I won't stay anywhere else.

First time staying at this version of the Hilton and it was a really nice concept. The rooms were simplistic and well laid out. It was really cool to have the seating areas and pool table in the lobby as well. We hung out there for a while watching sports and interacting with the other guests that were down there. The breakfast sausage was definitely something "different" so beware 🤣🤣. The pancake station made up for it as well as the staff!! Great job to the team at this location.

Loved my brief but wonderful stay at Tru. Everyone was fantastic, the airport shuttle and driver were wonderful and I can't say enough good things about the customer service. Ask about keeping your car in their parking lot while away, in lieu of the airport parking garage, for 1/2 the price. This enables you to be shuttled to the airport, so convenient. Highly recommend this hotel, will return without hesitation.

This hotel is located very close to the RDU airport. It is extremely clean actually very new. Has great breakfast and especially the customer service is excellent. These people have a great attitude. Sasha in particular was very professional and extremely nice. Highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tru by Hilton in Morrisville, North Carolina, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The front desk representative, Deborah, was super nice and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The rooms were impeccably clean, reflecting the hotel's commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene.

One standout feature for me was the awesome, strong coffee available – a great way to kickstart the day. The overall experience was delightful, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. They even granted me an extension for an extra hour during check-out, which was greatly appreciated.

I highly recommend Tru by Hilton in Morrisville for its excellent service, cleanliness, and accommodating staff. However, it's worth noting that the absence of gender-specific general restrooms might be a consideration for some guests. Despite this, my stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and I would gladly return for another visit.

This is THE hotel for late arrivals and earlyAM departures for Raliegh Durham. Hotel Front Desk Staff is "Old School" hospitality. Bad on me. Did not get their names, but both check in and check out did a fantastic job. Customer service oriented. Made sure room was right. The Shuttle staff - Shout out to J. makes this hotel a great choice for solo female travelers.

Check-in was simple and quick. Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable with quality linen. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Although there was a decent variety of items, there were some customary ones that were not present.
Overall the experience was pleasant, and I would certainly stay again if in the area

My first Tru stat, I loved every single thing about my experience!
The reception staff was very welcoming and friendly, the market area was well stocked, the recreation area was well kept and organized. Love the pool table and private sitting nooks. The room was clean and the amenities were perfect. Everything functioned as it should have. I love the colors throughout the entire hotel. The breakfast was phenomenal—the graveyard team member even ensured the entire buffet was ready for me to partake before my 6am shuttle departure. The shuttle service was flawless. I had a perfect stay, and I will absolutely recommend Tru to other travelers! Staff is a delight!

Came here for job training. Overall great stay! As soon as I came in welcoming environment. They had a lobby at check in area where you could chill or study at. They had a mini gaming area of pool table and connect the four if you’re interested. Complementary breakfast of toast, bagels, etc which was amazing and healthy is also included. Also if want to workout they have a little gym to get your workout in.The room was great beds were super comfortable and tv was running great. Ironing stand was also included so u didn’t to worry about that. Only thing though is they don’t have a pool that’s ok. Overall great comfortable stay. I would recommend if you’re in town!

I was in a single room with a king bed. the small light by the bed is missing, what exists is very bright and gives light as general lighting.

Great hotel location wise. A few minutes from the airport, very clean and price point is good as well.

Great location to the airport. Service was perfect. We arrived late one night for a flight the next morning. Gentleman at the front desk was more than helpful with scheduling a Lyft ride to the airport early the next morning, which is included with your stay, awesome. Easy to get a ride upon arriving back in the states to pick up our car and be on our way.

Had to be at the airport at 330a so we decided to overnight it nearby. Found this hotel by chance. It’s kind of a pain to get to and out of(takes you around to get to the highway) but it was worth it.

The look and feel was updated. The hotel reps were polite and helpful. In the lobby they provided a complimentary 24 hour coffee station, lots of space to lounge and do work, homework, or hangout with friends. Their pool table was always occupied. 24 hour gym available as well. The bathroom in the lobby provided feminine products for free! Amazing! Right in front of the elevators, there was information/recommendations of things to do nearby.

The room itself was spacious. The complimentary hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the dispensers were neat. Comfortable bed, variety of channels to enjoy, decent sized shower. I recommend this location! They really exceeded my expectation.

My go-to hotel when traveling RDU. The staff is incredible. The rooms are nice. The pool table is great to pass time and the seating / lounge area is plentiful. The shuttle to the airport (SUV) was excellent and timely.

Service was great! I didn't get the young man's name that was working the front desk but he was great. We lost power for a few hours and he kept it together and made it comfortable for everyone. The location was great for us, we were going to the airport. They have rides to the airport and made it super easy.

This hotel came through for me when I had to book a room after 3am with limited options available due to a terrible experience at a different hotel.

I wish I had found this hotel sooner because it was a great experience. The king bed was comfortable and everything was very modern looking. I especially liked the soap and shampoo selection in the shower.

This is the type of hotel I hope to find any time I need a short stay somewhere.

I always stay at Hiltons but usually go for the other Hilton brands. Tru I think is a new(ish) concept from Hilton, I think they (and I might be wrong) targeting younger people to get into the Hilton brand. The hotel looks fresh and new, it is very colourful, funky, but also welcoming.
The rooms are much smaller than other Hilton brands, but it is still OK. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great and I had a good sleep. Will definitely use again!

Great hotel. Rooms are nice. Lobby is beautiful. Staff was kind and helpful. We were there with our son’s college baseball team. We spent a lot of time in the lobby together and all the staff members were friendly and welcoming.

Great location to the airport. Room is ok but not fantastic.
What’s extremely fantastic though, is your front desk staff, Reese and his partner ( I did not write her name down, but she checked me in). They are the best. I’ll return just because of them. Olive my chihuahua, says hello to them both. She had the best time of her life, thanks to Reese!
