Hyatt Place Raleigh-Durham Airport

The hotel is s hop, skip, and a jump to the airport and the highway. The hotel and room were very clean. The evening front desk associate was very polite. However, the morning staff were not as friendly and seemed arrogant. Those are harsh words, but they are at the front desk to help guests and not have social hour. I would have 5 stars for service, but hopefully, management will address this matter. I will stay here again when we travel to Raleigh.

Very nice hotel with free breakfast and shuttle to and from the hotel. Rooms are big and can fit a family of 6. Bathrooms are small. Refrigerator in the room. Staff was nice and welcoming. Very close to the airport. Bar on-site but is only open from 5-10pm. I would stay again.

We had an excellent stay. The room was clean and a great size. The workers were very helpful and friendly. Only problem is the planes can get a little loud but we had to wake up early anyway.

EXCELLENT WATER PRESSURE. Rooms are good. Staff is nice. Good location. Did I mention the water pressure? Amazing. Would stay here again.

This was my first time staying at a Hyatt and it went really well.

The room was nice and spacious, breakfast was decent, and the price was reasonable.

One thing to keep in mind -not the hotel’s fault- was that because they’re near the airport the sound of airplanes was pretty loud. It woke me up a few times in the very early hours of the morning, so keep that in mind.

Great location. Very close to the airport. The room was quiet. Very nice room.

Great overnight stay. Breakfast was good. Plenty of room for myself and two teen girls. Loved the Shampoo wished I noted the brand and the two queen beds were so comfy I wish I knew who made them. Staff was very nice.

Hotel is clean, quiet and we'll maintained. Breakfast is hot and pretty good. Shuttle service available from the airport is available and welcome after a long flight. Staff is lovely too. Super helpful. All together a great find and a good deal.

This hotel is super close to Raleigh-Durham airport. And it was one of the most affordable ones in the area and the rooms were very clean and spacious We had two queens and a pull out sofa so comfortably slept six people.

We stayed here with a group on our way to an international flight. Unfortunately there was no breakfast available to us at 3:30 and the shuttle wasn't running then but they allowed us to park an extra car there while we were gone. The lady running the night shift was so kind and juggled serving food and greeting guests. We had to find a hotel for our return trip and I chose this one without thinking.

The only problem was their swimming pool wasn't opened yet and it was mid-June. They said they are just waiting on the inspector.( Apparently all of the pools in the hotels in the Raleigh area seem to be waiting on the same inspector which is frustrating for traveling with young kids who want to swim at the pool at the hotel).

The breakfast was amazing. Freshly scrambled eggs sausage hard boiled eggs cold cereal pastries milk oat milk orange juice apple juice.

Room layouts are really thoughtful and spacious and comfortable. Best I’ve seen. Living room area with a pullout couch was great and the second sink for food prep and hand washing came in handy. I spent three nights here for a baseball tournament with my teenage son and three other players from his team, and we had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. All of this and they had the best price per person of any hotel of that quality in the area.

This Hyatt is in a great location if you have an early morning departure (or pick up) at Raleigh Durham International (RDU) and want an affordable place to spend the night. Rooms are clean and spacious, food and beverages are available on site and the staff is polite, attentive and friendly. Shuttle service is available, too!

Sky, Anthony and Lauren have been wonderful in there hospitality from the moment I walked into the door till my departure!! Such a lovely Team and very helpful with information as well!!

My wife and I are both visually impaired, I am very low vision she has no usable vision. Traveling can always be a bit stressful and frustrating. Our first experience with this place was the use of its shuttle service and all I can say is "Wow".

We called the property while waiting at the airport and the shuttle driver could get park close to us due to the volume of traffic, but was kind enough to get out and assist us to the shuttle. The driver was very friendly and we were very grateful.

The staff at the hotel has been excellent as well. They have assisted us in figuring out where we are so we are not able to navigate the property without any assistance. I only wish this was the case at other places, but believe me this is rare. Typically when we travel people either give too much help, or do nothing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the people here. The room was clean and in good order too.

Christian at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. He made the biggest difference in my stay over any other hotel stay I have ever had before. The kitchen staff at breakfast was wonderful but I was a little surprised thy starter cleaning up early and the housekeeping staff was down there eating the food while I was trying to get breakfast. I had no problem with airport shuttle and checking out late was very simple. I would absolutely stay again.

First time staying at Hyatt. Miya was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean. The hotel is very close to the airport, so we did hear the planes above but it wasn't a bother to us. I didn't rate service a 5 because next day when we got back to our room, I excepted it to be clean. I went up to Swar and let him know my room was not cleaned and I needed towels and paper toilet. Swar told me very rude I needed to schedule it. I let him know, he didn't tell me when he checked me in the day before.

Very nice stay before catching a flight. The check-in was friendly and efficient, and the room was large and comfortable. Probably the most important was that it was quiet, which I was a bit worried being so close to the airport. After a good rest I was welcomed to some great staff in the morning, and the breakfast was one of the better breakfast you get in my opinion, especially some hot options. Will certainly come back again.

My stay at the Hyatt hotels are always the BEST! Renee, was an absolute pleasure to work with when I arrived at this location. She greeted me assured me and my guests were well taken care of and that's the type of customer service that keeps me going back. This was my first visit at this location but she made our stay worth it!! Thank you 😊!!!

Absolutely amazing service and the most friendly and awesome staff. I would most definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone. The check in was simple and quick and check out was even quicker. My room was fabulous, clean and very spacious. Great experience all the way around.

The room was clean and modern. The front desk was very helpful and had some snacks and muffins available for purchase even outside of breakfast hours. They had a pretty basic but good selection for breakfast. Shout out to the shuttle driver who went out of his way to drop me off at the airport even though I missed the scheduled shuttle time!

Wonderful stay! Fady at the front desk was delightful. She was warm and welcoming. The room was exceptionally clean. Great coffee in the room and great breakfast. Very comfortable room layout- we enjoyed relaxing on the couch. Will definitely stay again!
