Hampton Inn Raleigh/Durham-Airport

Had a great experience at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and had many different options including a do it yourself waffle maker. There’s a small concession area near the front desk for small bites and sweet treats before and after dinner. Thank you so much to Destiny for calling the airport shuttle to pick us up and to David for providing a wine bottle opener for a much needed nightcap!

Latoya!!!!! She is my person!!!! She is so sweet, kind, fast and smart- she helped me so much when I was in a pinch, this just happened a few minutes ago. I am so so thankful for her and continue to love Hampton inns the most because of kind and empathetic souls such as her❤ thank you Latoya!!!!!

The staff was extremely professional, helpful, kind, and hospitable. The room and hotel was clean and in good repair. The room and beds were comfortable and pristine. The breakfast was ample and had a great variety. The breakfast attendant was thorough and attentive. The food was always replenished and the tables cleaned and cleared promptly. The shuttle service was prompt and proficient. I would absolutely stay there again. We were there only one night to and from the airport and it was an excellent experience.

Anyone would like have an Awesome 👏🏾 stay at the Hampton inn in Raleigh Durham NC stay here its near the airport they have Awesome staff friendly and cares about your needs. Breakfast is very good and the area around have good shopping & dining check them out this was the best Hampton inn i every stay in keep up the wonderful job see you soon Ms Douglas

Very nice hotel, my only complaint was that the beds are not very comfortable to me, but that's a personal preference for people. We did digital check in which was super easy and the digital key was nice to have. Check out was easy too on the app. The man at the front desk was very nice when I needed something and we have complaints. I would stay here again.

The staff here was excellent - much friendlier and more helpful than many other more expensive hotels I've stayed at.

The rooms are perhaps a bit smaller than some other Hamptons but were clean and relatively well-appointed. The breakfast selection was very good compared to many others, there's always fresh coffee and fruit available, and the lobby and commons area is large and very accommodating.

A four-star mid-range hotel, but the staff elevates it to 5.

One of nicest, most accommodating Hampton Inn locations I have ever stayed in! I am a Hilton Diamond member, and in different Hilton properties weekly. This one was outstanding! Great staff!

The employees were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. But my favorite part was the complimentary breakfast in the morning! They use sustainable plate ware, there were delicious smoothies, even fresh pressed juices! The eggs were seasoned very nicely, unlike the typical bland ones you usually see. Lastly, the chef was extremely nice and did a great job setting up the buffet.

Stay here over anywhere else near the airport, the people are wonderful and everything is amazing for the stay. Thankful to Irene, she was so sweet and went the distance to wake me up and take care of everything. If it weren’t for Irene I would have been stranded. Definitely stay there for the 5 minutes shuttle too.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Latoya was very helpful answering every question before and after arrival. Beds were great. Pam helped us with our departure. Very honest people here my wife had left her wallet after check out called them told them went to pick it up all contents still inside. Even found a baby bottle when didn't even know we had forgotten. Would stay again.

Great, clean hotel that is close to the airport. The staff was very pleasant and my check in and check out process went smoothly. I will definitely visit again!

Excellent clean and just 4 mins from RDU

After our air conditioner stopped working we had to stay at a hotel and chose the Hampton Inn. They didn't disappoint. Friendly and welcoming to two hot and cranky travelers!

If I could given 10 stars, I would. Here's my situation. I'm a travel nurse. I live a couple hours away, so I'm home on my days off but need hotels in between shifts. Today, 8/14, I had reservations that I had made previously with another hotel in Raleigh. I had a confirmation with that hotel. I showed up this morning, after working a 13 hour night shift, with my 2 hour drive to get to work, and I was told by this other hotel that they gave my room away last night. They totally disregarded my reservation, and weren't even apologetic. I had to drive to 7 different locations before I came to Hampton, and was turned away at each one. The 2 ladies at the front desk at around 9 am on 8/14 were so extremely accommodating, friendly, and they were apologetic to me about what happened. They got me situated in a very comfortable and quiet room and made sure I got breakfast. I was about in tears by the time I got there and they made my day so much better!!

We spent the night there on New Years Eve 2017 before an early flight the next day. The woman at the desk was very thorough and anticipated our needs. The room was nice and clean.. and quiet. The shuttles from the car rental place and to the airport were on time and the drivers were excellent also. We will definitely stay there again as our travels allow it. Thanks

Service was great. Rooms and common areas were clean. Hotel staff is very kind and courteous. They went above and beyond to make our stay a very comfortable one. Would love to stay here again in future!

Service was amazing! The gentleman that helped me (Tim) was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Helped arrange shuttle pick ups for dropping off my rental, and going to eat at a restaurant! Room was lovely, (as usual with Hampton Inns). No complaints! Will definitely stay again when in the area!

All was good. The breakfast needs a bit of an upgrade on the sausage patty. Parking can be a little tight when all the rooms are booked. There is a Waffle House right next door that you can visit if you are hungry late night.

I had a great stay here! The staff are really friendly. The rooms are clean and the beds are really comfortable. I usually can't sleep in a bed that isn't my own, however I didn't have any issues sleeping. The fitness center is actually a bit bigger than most. They have 4 treadmills and an elliptical. They also have some dumbbells (up to 50lbs) and some medicine balls.
