Hyatt House Raleigh / Rdu / Brier Creek

When I say this hotel is top tier it was TOP TIER! My room was so amazing and beautiful I did not want to leave. Definitely my hotel of choice when I come there. The desk service was so friendly and I didn’t have to ask for not one thing.

Great front desk, wonderful breakfast and omelet bar. Comfortable beds, clean. Had a beautiful kitchenette. Wished there had been a hot tub or even a bathtub to soak in to relax. Miss the bathroom fans and windows that open because the rooms get stuffy.

I live the Hyatt Hotels! I normally choose Hyatt whenever I am traveling. Checking In and Checking Out were both effortless. I was greeted each time and the staff members were very attentive and helpful. The couch by the window was perfect; I love writing/journaling and wanted to bring the new year in in peace and quiet while reflecting on life and 2023. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast is very filling and there is a good mixture of hot and cold foods; everything was delicious! I spent some time by the fire pit before leaving the property; actually I'm typing this post while sitting by the fire pit.

Amazing hotel. Very clean, reasonable price, good service. I have stayed here for both business and pleasure and always enjoy my stay. Very close to the airport as well. Would recommend to anyone.

Loved it super clean and I'm a picky germ a phobic person. The lobby is beautiful there are activities to do inside. Great location. Definitely will stay again

Great hotel. We stayed here for one night because we're flying out of RDU. So we chose this place because of the distance to the airport and the amenities. The amenities were really fantastic. Firepit, grill, nice indoor pool, great gym, billiards room with acoustic guitars, a bar and one of the better included hotel breakfasts I've had. We'd absolutely stay here again. Ps - mellow mushroom and Walgreens is less than a mile walk, which was also great.

This is our home away from home. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is remarkable and they don't charge you extra for really a great place to stay

An ideal stay with convenient airport access and a short 20-minute drive to downtown. The rooms are tidy, and the hotel provides a complimentary breakfast along with airport shuttles operating from 5am to 12am. The staff is also welcoming and accommodating.

A very caring professional hospitality staff! We had a room issue that was quickly resolved! Loved the pet friendly atmosphere. ⚠One caution the website says pool opens at 7 am…it does not ! It opens at 10 am. Breakfast was great 😊

Arrived late in the evening, worried we wouldnt have our reserved room.... Jonathan welcomed us with a warm and friendly greeting, along with providing premier customer service. He was efficient and super friendly. Quick and easy check in! Love seeing people take pride in the work they do.

Hyatt House really impressed me with this quick trip to RDU. Brandon at the front desk was awesome! He was very helpful with checkin, coffee, checkout and coordinating the shuttle to the hotel. The breakfast was awesome (free by the way) with an Omelette station!

Rooms were clean and spacious. Felt like I had a nice one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, pots/pans, dishwasher and microwave.

Not much around in walking distance but with Door dash, uber eats, etc, it wasn't hard to get a bite to eat.

I will definitely be staying here again when I am in town.

The hotel appears fresh and clean. The pool is appealing and DiDi at the front desk was warm and professional. The room was large and clean. The breakfast was an A+. A woman made omelettes to order directly in front of us and did a great job! Breakfast offered all name brands and they were constantly restocking, wiping etc. Personally I am a Hyatt loyalist and I highly recommend this property.

Room was nice and clean, staff was friendly and knowledgeable, breakfast was yummy with a great variety. The location is kind of away from anything walkable, but I had a car so it didn't bother me.

We held a business event at this location, and it was an excellent hotel near the RDU airport and extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. The staff was a true example of excellent and warm hospitality. Thank you again for taking the time to take those extra steps to help it go so smoothly!!!

This is truly a fantastic deal in a wonderful hotel. The prices tend slightly below those hotels of similar quality. It's not dramatic. But I'd say 10% the staff is second to none. There is no problem they will not make sure is resolved quickly and with results that always ensure are to your satisfaction. I've staid at probably over 2000 different hotels in 20 years. In this area. This is my go to business and personal higher end mid range hotel.

Had a great experience. Rooms are modern, has a clean pool/workout room, and breakfast was great. I would not hesitate staying here again - close to Airport & the Mall area.

Very nice hotel, great looking rooms and very close to the airport. Also the staff is great and the breakfast is delicious. Only one thing, in the weekends they don't use real plates during breakfast, only single use plates. I don't know why.

First time staying here for work. Did 3 nights and extended one more. Very, very nice hotel. Adequate parking. The design and decor is nice. Very detailed oriented on everything. Indoor pool was nice and clean. Gym was spacious and I could get a good work out in. The breakfast was very good. The staff are all very professional, friendly, well dressed and groomed. I stayed in a king bedroom suite and loved it. Felt like a home away from home. Thank y’all so much. Hyatt is the best hotel chain.
