Extended Stay America - Raleigh - RTP - 4919 Miami Blvd.

I had an absolute exceptional Stay here!!!! Managers Chad and Dennis were absolutely amazing!! Also Malaysia my was the best!!! I this hotel to anyone who is looking for a great hotel with an amazing staff!!! Oh and our room was so clean and we so enjoyed everything about this place!!!)

Looks like our stay will be in this location for a bit. I chose this location as it’s closer to work for me & everything is located inside. The staff, from the front desk down to the housekeepers & maintenance has been super helpful & amazing. Although, on occasion, I’ve had to go back down & redo my key cards, they bee super quick on fixing the matter. Due to not everyone being raised to be clean & tidy, I did have a small issue with bugs which they called their bug guy, who mid you comes pretty much weekly, in immediately to fix things. The type of work background that I have, I understand that not everyone is as clean as you would like. So, seeing that the smallest concern is met in a super timely manner says a lot about the individuals that maintain this property. There are too many of the staff to name, but mainly those at the front desk have been so helpful, patient & kind, that I have chosen to continue my stay here. I thank each & every one of them for the service they have provided to me & mine.
An absolute ginormous shout out to Mr. Dennis, his staff, Dora, Malaisha along with the GM. They are always willing & able to help you with ever you need!!!

This location was great! Outside was clean and neat. The Lobby was clean and smelled amazing. Customer service was superb! Dennis was a delight! Very well mannered. The rooms were great. They were clean. The beds were the life of the party! So comfy. My fiancé and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. Dennis made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much Dennis and the rest of the staff! We will definitely be booking again soon!

I’d love to give a shout to Dennis Coley. Let me just start off by saying my family usually book Air Bnb’s. My wife said Babe. Let’s just book a hotel for the weekend a get away. Man was I BLOWN AWAY by this location. Everything was neat and tidy. The customer service was outstanding. Dennis was amazing! Oh God! It was a breath of fresh air entering your establishment. I think we’ll start back booking more hotels. Especially yours! Thank thank thank you so MUCH Dennis for your great Hospitality!

Lovely, clean, quiet room. I did not realize there would not even be a cup, pot or spoon in the kitchen, but I’ll know for next time. We had a great stay!

I was 30 mins early for check in & Ladora made sure to let me know it’ll just be 10 more mins til my room was ready. Ladora was very welcoming & greeted me when I first came in. She made check in was very easy! Would definitely use this hotel again!!

Mike was super informative about the $100 refundable deposit and put me at ease. He was also gracious when I wanted a new room! The space was sweet!

Mike at the front desk was a great help! He made sure we had everything we needed and made my family and I feel very welcomed and comfortable! Definitely coming back!😊

My stay thus far has been extremely pleasant. The staff is very friendly and helpful also rooms and the amenities are very comfortable and efficient. I would definitely recommend this for long term or short getaways.

Malaysia gave me an outstanding service at the counter during my visit. I had a lot of difficulties with my check in but she went out of her way to make sure I was able to stay in this hotel during my visit to Durham.

I just checked in and I love this location already. The manager is awesome, it smells great in the lobby and the room was clean like grand opening day!.

Front desk manager, Dennis, was absolutely amazing!!! Any time I needed anything he was always there to help! Understood when I had situations come up and always helped me and always with a smile.

I have stayed in hotels that cost 50 to over 300 a night. 90 dollars for a full king suite. Absoutly perfect. It's a win win and I will surely be back again.

Excellent stay. Ladora was a great help! The AGM Dennis came out and spoke with us and made our stay even more memorable.

This is a wonderful location with a great staff that is always on top of their game keeping it running smoothly. The rooms are spacious and the location is perfect. I frequent for business and pleasure as there are many restaurants to choose from, stores to shop if you prefer to cook and easy access to Raleigh,Cary,,RTP,Morrisville and all of Durham. Great for your next stay.

Room was clean and all utilities were working well. Staff is professional and courteous. Made the stay a very good one.

My experience at 4919 S.Miami Blvd was absolutely amazing, I felt right at home. I pleased with the excellent hospitality and how friendly and helpful the staff was.

Dennis and LaDora at the front desk were out of this world kind to us! We were in a very hard place and needed help and they were there. Praise this location!

Everything was great! Room was clean and fresh!! Usually I’d have to wear my slides to walk on carpet but not this time, I didn’t feel yucky!! Over all excellent customer service and treated like a princess.
