From the moment we booked our stay, the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was tailored to our needs, making us feel truly valued even before we stepped foot through the door. It's not easy to travel with a 28-person team but this hotel and the staff, especially Lynne, made it seamless!

Upon arrival, we were greeted with warm smiles and a seamless check-in process. The rooms were not only impeccably clean but also well designed, providing a comfortable atmosphere that exceeded our expectations.

I will say a overall a good place and staff. The only issue I had was when I asked for my room to be cleaned, they only cleaned the room partially.

Staff here is amazing. The hotel is under going construction but it is gorgeous. Parking isn't to bad. Recommend hotel 10/10

Nice rooms. Comfortable and has a kitchen. The beds are comfortable, and the service is great. The only thing I didn't hear about is their housekeeping rules. Every other day. If you're there for an extended stay, ask about their housekeeping policy.

We recently had a two night stay here and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Had a minor problem with the shower which the maintenance staff took care of immediately after we notified them. I really appreciate that kind of prompt service and wanted to acknowledge the hotel staff for this. I believe the room rate here was comparatively very reasonable for this area and the service at the hotel was excellent. The amenities were as expected.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. It's incredibly beautiful and fancy. There was a duck-shaped towel for us by our sink! I would love to come back to stay at this hotel again if I ever pass through again.

The staff was so accommodating, exception of 1 during checkout, but she gets a pass given 99% of our stay was great! My house needed work and required us to live in a hotel way longer than anticipated. We are a family of 5 with 2 dogs. I asked for early check-in and they accommodated it. I asked to stay longer, and they accommodated it. The staff would actually check their system and see what they could do for us. It wasn't just a blanket "hell no", because of a rule. I had an issue with my rate and manager called me and explained and he was extremely nice. Again, not the stereo type that he's ready to just tell me no or rude that I questioned it. He was the opposite. To have to live in a hotel with 5 people and 2 dogs during school season, 10 miles further from your home was a bit hard but I chose this hotel because right from the jump, they understood and fulfilled. It's rare that you find people who actually try to accommodate your needs and not assume you're just another customer trying to ask for more. Thank you to Rob, Craig, Israel, the nice cleaning ladies! You made my life easier that week!

Room was spacious and laid out nicely, everything looked great and was clean. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Location is excellent for easy access to I-40 and Cary/Morrisville areas.

Wow, this is a nice hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and clean.
It's a Homewood Suites, so I expected the full 2 room suite with a full kitchen, but this one was bright and felt bigger than it probably was.
The bed was super comfortable and the room stayed dark and quiet until we actually got up.
It is really nice when a room is bright when you are awake and dark when you are sleeping. Not many hotels pull off both. Well done.

had an early flight (5:30 am) and this was at most a 5 minute drive to the airport. Great location, the room was clean and staff was excellent.

Robert the Hotel Manager was the best! My wife and I got to the hotel a little early and Robert ensure that we were taken care of. He gave us the best suite that was available at the time and it was awesome! We spent 4 days and 3 nights there and the breakfast was great. The staff are really friendly and help you in every way possible. To top it all off: I left my suit bag with two suits in the closet and went home! I did not realize that I left them until one week after! My wife called Robert and he found my suits and mailed them to me - got them two days after my wife spoke to him! Now, that is what I called GREAT SERVICE!!! We left stuff at hotels before and called the next day and they could not find it. The ParkAve Homewood Suites in Durham exceeded our expectations! Great stay!

The hotel was clean and up to date. The room was a good size. Free breakfast and dinner (at the complimentary social hour) were fine - nothing stood out, but nothing was bad. The pool was small but well maintained. I will stay here again next time I travel to the area for work.

I stayed there for 82 days and it was a home away from home. Very courteous staff. Rooms are spacious and maintained clean. Never ever they gave me a chance to complain about the service. You have all the facilities you need. Very close to the airport. You also have lots of fast food chains around this place.

We visited with family while they were in town for a track meet from Maryland.
The hotel was beautiful and the service was excellent.

I completely fell in love with this hotel. Great service and the rooms have mini kitchens will full size refrigerators. What you see in the photos on there site is what you get. Very spacious loved the separated bedroom for the sitting area and the couch was a pull out bed also had a patio... loved it!!

Great front desk specifically RICHARD! He personality was so infectious. The rooms were perfect my AC wasn't working but the maintenance came within minutes and just as all the staff they were kind respectful and considerate of my time and space. Not sure of her name (Niziah I believe in house keeping) Really sweet and considerate of my space def a great experience so far only draw back which really isn't much of one is how small the pool area is. But the good food makes up for it ☺. I would def recommend this extended stay as a first timer.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms could use some updates but everything is very clean. Love the option of a balcony! Stayed at this location several times and always enjoy the stay!
