Delta Hotels by Marriott Raleigh-Durham at Research Triangle Park

We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were large, clean and had plenty of hooks on the wall which is very helpful for a family stay. The beds were comfortable and all of the linens were clean. We requested a feather-free room and they honored our request which was great since we've had trouble with this at other Marriott locations in the past. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays with plenty of comfortable seating. The location of the hotel is quiet and safe. This is one of the nicest Marriott hotels we've ever stayed at and the service was truly the best we've ever seen thanks to the front desk attendant Martice. He was incredibly kind, professional and helpful and made our entire family feel so welcome. I would definitely stay at this location again and would certainly recommend it to family & friends.

I visit NC for business and chose Delta for a change and pleasantly surprised! Recently renovated, carpets are so good, lobby is fabulous with a huge fireplace to hang out with colleagues after work. Best part is Starbucks onsite with unusually low prices (handmade oatmeal with strawberries and blueberries is just $4).

Room service is too fast! Very attentive front desk staff. 10 out of 10 and will be the staying at this place going forward.

OK, I'm posting again because the hotel staff is amazing!! Martice at the front desk is AMAZING and goes out of his way to accommodate us when we come to town!!! On our last trip, we needed an extra room at the last minute and he jumped right on it, with passion and professionalism
The other front desk staff is also very pleasant kind and professional. The shuttle driver is funny, professional and totally reliable as well!! The breakfast was outstanding hot and delicious and the workers were accommodating and very nice. I don't know who hires and trains the staff at this hotel, but kudos to the entire team!!!! This os definitely our go to place when visiting the Chapel Hill, Raleigh, Durham area!!

We were passing through for the night. We saw the availability on an app at one price but called and was quoted a higher price; went back to the app and booked the room.
The room we were given was a 2 queen beds, walk in shower which was fine with us. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly. The room was clean and beautiful. We had dinner at the restaurant inside the hotel —Tony Romo’s (excellent ribs). We were very glad for that option because we had been on the road for most of the day and that availability was a winner for us.We would definitely stay here again and recommend them.

All around amazing place. The service is top notch. The receptionist makes you feel very welcome upon arrival. I'll definitely come back again.

Positive experience. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of room to store items. The adjoining restaurant was very convenient. No lounge area for Elite members and very few perks.

Close to RDU and easy to get to. Room was good, exactly what I expected for a 4 star hotel. Restaurant and food options close early but that could also be a North Carolina thing, just not convenient when you check in late. Breakfast was very limited to a few quick serve options.

Finally a smart hotel! USB charging everywhere, 6 towel hooks in the bathroom and a hand towel ring, shelves, hardwood floors! Beautiful, modern and clean!

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. Location and decor were great. The restaurant was delicious and the staff was super friendly. Definitely will stay there again!

I have never stayed in a hotel suite as big as this one at the Delta. All of the staff were nice and helpful. I would recommend staying here to everyone!

This place is awesome. It is so clean and everything is gorgeous. It was the best place I've ever stayed in my life. They serve breakfast for a small fee and also have a restaurant attached to the hotel for if you just want to hang out and rest. The location is peaceful, and it has a beautiful landscape. Everything you need is in your room to include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash located on the wall in these spacious showers. The bathroom is a nice size. The beds were like being on a cloud. The front desk will help you and greet you smiling. It also has a pool and workout room. I just can't say enough about this place.

I had a wonderful stay. A very special shoutout to Cynthia who helped me book my stay the day of. I'm forever grateful because my other plans fell through. My room was spotless and everything worked as it should. Everything was cleaned and up to standards. I encountered minor issues with the Wifi and the shower drain being a little slow, but nothing of major note. Comfortable and safe location with easy access to the highway. Plenty of parking. I will be staying here again and highly recommend.

The Marriott Raleigh-Durham hotel has an easily accessible location, exuding an ambiance of recent refurbishment. The room provided a comfortable space, replete with commendable amenities. The assistance exhibited by the front desk personnel were noteworthy. The hotel's secure environment remained palpable, even during late hours. Additionally, a plethora of dining establishments lie within close proximity, either within a short stroll or quick drive. While the lobby's Starbucks offers food items of a more processed nature, and the mixed drinks at Tony Roma's had average rating, the convenience of nearby restaurants and bars made the short walk a worthwhile endeavor.

A few months ago I was staying at this Marriott hotel. All I can say I had such an amazing experience. All the employees treated me well.
Everyone at front desk was very nice.
Edgar was very helpful he’s the maintenance guy at the hotel.

Maria and Carlos are an amazing team and very passionate about their jobs and roles, from a warm welcome in to an amazing room and pool access! The food and drinks are amazing! as well as comfortable bedding and an amazing view! I highly recommend this hotel and such amazing staff, so thank you Maria and Carlos for my amazing stay at this hotel. I’ll 100% be coming back. I promise the hearts of Maria and Carlos are made of gold for how pure they are. <3 !!

The room was clean and more than I expected for the price I paid. Beds were comfy, the bathroom was huge with a walk in shower, lots of natural light, and there was a desk so I could get some work done during my short stay. I will definitely recommend friends and family stay here when they are visiting the area.

Brand new location, Tony Romas Downstairs, along with an AMAZING BREAKFAST location as well in the lobby. They hit this one right out of the ballpark!!!

I don’t often write reviews, but I have to leave one for my experience here. After a long day of traveling and with it being late at night, I wasn’t sure what would be available for myself and my friends but upon walking through the front door, Martice greeted us with a smile, high energy, and went out of his way to make sure we were happy and taken care of all weekend. Martice puts a label on what great hospitality means! Thank you!

Very nice hotel close to RDU airport. Has Tony Romas restaurant inside of the hotel. Nice hotel gym and lobby area. Very clean rooms and pantry with a lot of options. Would stay here again when in the area. Hotel staff was very helpful with check in.
