I have bought and sold my home with JD Walters. His honesty was what sold me 6 years ago when we bought a home and again now when we sold it. What makes him and his team stand out is they get to know you as a person and what it is you want! They go to bat for you and advocate for you based on what your need is! I definitely felt like I could relax during this process as behind the scenes he had my back in the selling of our home. I have recommended him to my daughter who is also having an amazing experience as she is in the process of selling her home!

Nicole is amazing! She always does everything possible to help find the perfect home. In addition she sold our home to the first buyer within thirty minutes! I was referred to 2 Real Estate Companies to get my home sold. Jessie called and sent a text so I setup a meeting. He listed my home on a Tuesday and had a car offer on Friday. I considered taking the offer but Jessie wanted to get me more. I waited for 5 additional showings. Another offer came in over the weekend for 12k higher than the cash offer. After searching several websites for several weeks looking for homes or land on which to build, someone from JD Walters Real Estate contacted us- this was the beginning of a wonderful relationship!! We were not from the area, so we didn't have a realtor, but I had tried to contact a couple and was impressed. One acted like they could care less about building a house for us and the other just didn't respond AT ALL, so the fact that JD Walters reached out to US was a refreshing surprise!! Plus their website would immediately alert us to any new listings that fell within our search parameters, this was a very nice service. After the initial contact, any time we had a question we could text or email it and Jesse would respond that same day, usually within minutes. We feel so comfortable with him that not only did he help us secure property, but he is going to list our existing home in Round Rock, and is willing to walk us through every step of the building process!! We had Aaron Papson as our realtor when looking for a house. He made everything easy and responded to calls and texts quickly. The rest of everyone that was part of our buying process that either work with JD Walters real estate or at there were wonderful too.
