If you're looking for safety shoes, check out CBP! Sam and Branch are the best! I wasn't sure what I wanted, and these gentlemen helped me figure that out. They were very patient as I tried the first couple of pairs at home, only to find that they made my toes tingly after a couple of hours. They were happy to troubleshoot the problem, and determine what other shoes might fit me better. By the third pair, they had figured out that my feet are shorter and wider than I had thought, and a little different from left to right. They found me a pair with a feature that I didn't know existed, and it turned out to be perfect for my needs. Now I have a great pair of safety shoes that I can wear all day without hurting my feet! Great customer service. They did not have my shoes in qhen I needed them BUT called me when they did. Buying shoes is never good for me but the gentlemen there are outstanding!

Bought a pair of work boots in November and had manufacture defects with boot. I took them back and explained the problem to the associate and manager and they hooked me up and took very good care of me. Thank you guys and way to go I will be back.👍

The customer service is hands down top notch. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The inside of the building is so awesome, it takes you back to the early 1900's. I'm going back to support their business. Cute clothes too.

Nice shop with good selection. Staff is always friendly. They have clothes, gadgets and more. My favorite is the on cloud shoes. It's rare to see stores sell them and they have a great selection for both men and women at dlcompetitive prices if not the same as the online store has them. Highly recommend visiting them.

Cochran, Blair & Potts is that down-home boot store you've always heard about. I get my work boots purchased through my employer for me. I have plantar fasciitis and have been in this store several times, fitting and trying on different boots. I explain where I work, and it does not affect my treatment, and they have even put boots aside for me so I can get them through my employer. The people who work here care about their customers. I will drive the 46 minutes just to purchase things from them due to their caring attitude. Thank you all at the store!

A man named Branch assisted me and my 91 year old mom in trying on shoes. He was polite, kind, and very helpful. More stores need great employees like him. Nice selection of clothing and shoes for both men and women. Nice giftware too. Thank you, Branch, for top notch customer service.

My new favorite store. The antiques are amazing and the history is so cool. Love the clothes and I was so impressed to see that there is a well thought out men's section. The people were friendly and the guy working in the men's section was so nice and knowledgeable, it made me want to buy something.

Great staff with great customer service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and made to feel welcomed. The store is really cool too with lots to check out. I'll only be going here for any other work boots and out door apparel.

Equipped with personal sole sizer, very Professional, Knowledgeable service, Family owned since ever since. Lots of history items, like going to a museum. The shoe stock is Amazing and they are very accommodating when we needed to change the shoe as long as it wasn't worn.

Best place to buy work boots, hands down. The selection, especially for a guy with size 13 feet like myself is unbeatable. The service is personal and fantastic, and the prices comparable to the big box stores (and sometimes cheaper).

Very nice store if im correct it is the oldest department store in texas that is still open for buisness. Super nice people working there . A little pricey but everything they carry is A 1 Quality .
