Broadway Veterinarians is a great hospital for our pets or family members, they are family-friendly. Everyone there greets you with a smile. Everything is explained to you so that the instructions are easy to follow. Thanks to Dr. Mead and her staff for the kindness that you and your staff have shown to us over the years. Everyone there loves what they are doing.

Dr. Meade and her staff are so wonderful. My pup is very anxious and does not make the visit easy for them, but they are so patient and kind with her. They also made time for my pup during a very busy day for them! 100% recommend Broadway Vet! You will not be disappointed.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Meade and Broadway Vet! They have cared for my 2 senior dogs for almost 8 yrs, through a cancer diagnosis, multiple surgeries, a thyroid condition, you name it. They are completely upfront about the cost of tests and procedures, and are honest about options for care. They are also kind, very quick about follow ups, and just generally so loving with my dogs. I’ve recommended them to many friends, and am also confident to recommend them to strangers on Google ha! You won’t be disappointed or “nickel-and-dimed” if you take your beloved pet to Broadway!

The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. They make you feel at home and ease and treat your pet like one of their own.

We have been coming to Broadway Vet since they opened. Dr Meade and her staff are very kind and supportive. They always communicate what they are doing and how much things cost. When our dog was sick they helped us make a very tough decision. Wonderful people.

I have been going here for 4 years now and have only experienced great things! Dr. Pineda is not only a wonderful and throughout vet but REALLY cares your animal and they're health. I finally decided to get my dog a dental because she is the only person I trusted and had a wonderful experience as well as my baby Bear <3 During the procedure Dr. Pineda called me to explain things that she saw with a detailed course of action. She is a truly an AMAZING vet. Not to mention Gabby, her vet tech, did a very good job in calming me down and a BEAUTIFUL job with bears teeth. Thank you gabby for your throughout care and expertise! Thank you all for your care and love to my dog Bear!

My cat has had a lot of (relatively minor) health problems this year, so I've been a frequent flyer at Broadway over the last 6 months. Each experience has been fantastic, though. Some highlights:

- Communication with the practice is smooth. They're easy to get in touch with, responsive, and proactive when they need to be.
- Check-in, check-out, and payment logistics are great. They operate very efficiently and they're clear about charges before they do any tests/procedures/exams.
- Dr. Pineda and the techs are wonderful. They're kind, informative, and professional. I have had enough not-so-ideal experiences with vets that I'm a bit nervous that something will be overlooked or ignored, but Dr. Pineda is very thorough in her exams and assessments. It gives me confidence bringing my little man here.
- The fees they charge are very reasonable. They don't mark prescriptions up like crazy. Other clinics (looking at you Banfield) will sometimes charge you $70 for something you can get from Chewy for $15. I have not had that experience at Broadway - if they do mark things up, it's usually a small amount and more than worth the convenience of getting it during the visit rather than having to order it and get a prescription approved. While this may seem a small thing, it speaks volumes to their business model.

Wonderful and caring veterinarian. Dr. Meade listens carefully and my 3 year old Coton de Tulear struts in there happily. I feel confident in her ability to manage my pure bred dog and address my concerns. They believe in positive training and I really appreciate that Dr. Meade cares for her canine patients.

I love this place, I've been bringing my dog Franklin there for six and a half years, everyone there has always been wonderful and caring and best of all Franklin loves going there.

After many years of having animals and being involved with various veterinary practices, Broadway is by far our favorite. Everyone there makes that extra effort to give us that "special attention" that makes us feel welcome and know that we are getting top notch services. Thanks!

AMAZING service and staff. My dog was never taken care of @ previous vet. It was a stress free and easy experience. Will definitely continue going.

We have been taking our cat and dog here for a little over two years; I'm from a family of veterinarians, and can confidently say that Dr. Meade and Broadway are the best! The negative reviews seem to have a lot of complaints about procedures and diagnostics performed that are the standard of care. Dr. Meade is always VERY thorough and communicative, and she's fantastic about listening to owner input as well. She's great about knowing when something needs to be referred out. Whenever our dog has gone to the ER, Broadway staff are always quick to give a call back the next day to check on our dog. They also have squeezed us in for last minute appointments so that we didn't have to pay the additional expense of an ER visit. The pricing of their services are competitive for Research Triangle- when considering the cost, remember that you are paying not only for the time and experience that it takes for a doctor to give a thorough clinical interpretation, but also the CONVENIENCE of having those services within downtown Durham. Broadway is a great hospital, and I recommend them to all my friends!

These people were great. From the minute I walked in I knew I had made a good choice to go there. The place was clean, smelled good, and the waiting room wasn’t packed with animals that could have potentially made a bad situation worse. The examination fee was one of the most economical that I found. The service from reception to after care has been great. I highly recommend this place to anyone with veterinary needs in the Durham area.

Dr. Meade and her staff are great. They took care of our pup from 7 weeks until we moved out of state recently. Gray, at the front desk, was always helpful and cheerful. It was a pleasure to call and speak with her. It was easy to schedule even last minute appointments. Our dog loved going there. Literally, he had zero anxiety about it. He would wag from head to tail as soon as we pulled up and want to run right in. I think this speaks to the care and love they provide.

They are very friendly and thorough. Dr. Meade seems very competent and was able to help us get our rescued cats eating properly when we first adopted them. All of the staff are very friendly too. It’s a bit expensive but that’s just because good vet care is expensive—it’s comparable to the prices I’ve paid for my cats in other cities.

The only thing that is less convenient for us is that they won’t send our prescriptions directly to Chewy because they say it’s difficult to work with that company. But they offered to give us paper prescriptions to get it filled ourselves (we can just upload and send to Chewy) so it’s not really a big deal.
