I had to bring my bunny Coco in for her first vet visit to get her eye exam. Walked in and the atmosphere was clean, calm and organized. Great service. All of the staff were so kind and helpful! We will be back!

Dr. Sarah Smith is the best! Her compassion and true caring shines through. Dr.Smith takes the time to explain and guide you what’s best for your fur baby. We are new to Willow Oak but the staff is kind, helpful and caring. The office has a very calming atmosphere. We are so happy!

They showed professionalism in the most important way possible to make sure our dragon was in the best condition possible!!

The team here did an AMAZING job helping my greyhound to recover from a very terrible injury caused by another dog biting her. The care involved several visits over a course of months. They were incredibly reasonable when it came to pricing and took the time to talk through some of the more difficult medical decisions that were involved. I’m happy to say our dog made a full recovery. I’m so grateful to Willow Oak.

I have been bringing my dog here since he was a puppy and I truly could not ask for a better team! Dr. Crownshaw has been our main vet for the past 3+ years and she is amazing. We go to the vet more than normal because of my pups GI issues and allergies but their prices are very reasonable! The front desk staff are WONDERFUL, especially Allison!

Wonderful vet for chickens. We had a little hen who was injured and needed care and they saw us immediately. When it was time for her to go, they were so gentle and humane with her euthanasia. Absolutely would recommend for those of us with chickens.

If you have and love your pets take them here. These are the best vets in the triangle and I drive from out of town just to take my dogs here. The vets, techs, receptionists everyone is just great. Can’t say enough good things about these wonderful people

The staff is friendly and welcoming as soon as I enter the building. The vet techs are great with my pups and with me. Dr Crownshaw is fantastic when examining the pups, explaining to me what's going on with my pups, and determining what, if any treatment is needed.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Cagle and his team. We brought our dog in for an unexpected growth and they took incredible care of him. Brittany and Alex were so gentle and patient with our dog and communicative through an uncertain time for us. Dr. Cagle is one of a kind. We are so grateful to have found this vet practice. This is the best of the best

I love Willow Oak and Dr. Cagle! We saw Dr. Cagle, who is the very best - he is so kind, caring and compassionate with animals. My dog Sam was a patient here for most of his life and I always knew he was in great hands <3

We dropped Shelly, age 14 was treated for a UTI. She did well. Every time we take her they comment on how sweet Shelly ♥ is and she is.

This place is amazing! We were really sad when St. Francis closed and we had to change to Willow Oak, but we couldn’t be happier with the care our dog has received. He had to have a tumor removed from his leg recently, and Dr. Cagle was so kind and patient in explaining everything and presenting us with options. The entire staff is kind and caring. Definitely recommend!

Great experience. Just moved back to the area with my dog and cat. My cat found the transition stressful and has been severely over grooming himself. We saw Dr. D'Annibale and she was great. You can tell she is dedicated and enthusiastic about her job. The vet tech, whose name I forget, was really nice and asked all the right questions for background on my cat's issue. My pets are beloved members of my family and it's very important to me that they receive care from compassionate, knowledgeable, and diligent providers. I definitely feel like we found that at Willow Oak.

We moved and had to leave this vet office, and have yet to find one to the level of care that we received. We have an anxious, over-excitable rescue that's a medium (50lbs) sized dog. He's not the easiest to deal with. We took him to a vet where we currently live, and they did not make nearly half the effort to care for our dog as Willow Oak did. From the front desk staff to the vet (Dr. Crownshaw was ours), I would 150% recommend Willow Oak. They clearly love all animals, and every staff person made our dog feel excited rather than fearful of the office. They spend time with your pet making sure they feel comfortable before rushing into things like shots or other routine procedures. Wish we could go back!

This is a fantastic place to take your pet. The entire staff is caring, welcoming and ready to help in any way it is needed. Dr. D has treated my pup just like a member of her family and I couldn't ask for anything more. On top of great standard puppy care, vaccinations, check ups etc, she quickly addressed and fixed a couple minor health issue with our dog. She even followed up with several calls and emails to ensure everything was back to normal over the next few days. I couldn't recommend them more!

Love this vet. Dr. Mark was awesome and super patient and kind to my puppy at his first visit to the vet. I don't have much experience with prices of vets but it seems affordable and pretty averagely priced. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Willow Oak is wonderful! The staff is so caring and friendly. Dr Cagle and Dr D'Annabelle are both fantastic. I appreciate how they give you different options to care for your pet. I never feel guilty or pressured when I'm there, which is something I've experienced at other vet offices. Keep up the great work, Willow Oak!

Dr. Cagle has done a great job with my pet rats. One had to have a surgery for mammary tumor removal a few months ago, she has recovered wonderfully with no tumor return so far. I had a male rat neutered this week and he is also doing great! Incision sites are nice and clean, the vet definitely knows how to do small mammal surgery. Techs and receptionists are helpful and friendly as well. Thank you Willow Oak!
