Banfield Pet Hospital

Whole staff was great, but big shout out to the vet tech who handled my cat so well. Most comfortable my cat, Mira, has been during a vet visit. Competent, quick, gentle.

I took my dog Hazel in yesterday. I received wonderful service and everyone loved my Hazel. They were all very patient with her as she is a rescue dog terrified to trust. They showed no fear as she is the pit bull. ( people assume she's dangerous) everyone was friendly happy faces. Their staff was lovely. I will definitely be going back. Thank you so much.

I love this Banfield. Have been consistently going here for the past two years ever since I got my pup. I now also take all of my dog/cats there. I never feel judge and they are always helpful. Very friendly and patience with my animals as well.

I’ve (almost) always had really positive experiences at this Banfield, to which I have been bringing my dog to for the past five years. Banfield can be really hit or miss because (bottom line) they’re looking to turn a profit. They have a new veterinarian, Dr. Reeves, who completely blew me out of the water today. She took extra time to look for details in my dog’s chart (from another city a few years back) to determine the proper course of action for us right now. Additionally, another veterinarian, Dr. Fansler, is very caring and offers thorough recommendations for care that offer ideal outcomes for your furbabies while taking your out of pocket costs into consideration. They’ve got a really strong team, not just vets but also techs. Watching them interact with the animals eases concerns about how they are being treated at drop off. Really great group!!

I was made to feel at peace but the care my dog "Leggs" was getting. They explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I've taken her there since she was a puppy and she's almost 3 years old (in April). They've treated her as their own and I'm very pleased with her care.👍👍👍👍👍

Had my first visit to Banfield the other day. Ravee did an amazing job showing us the bill, options and costs of everything we discussed BEFORE any decisions were made. She even talked on the phone with my husband to answer questions! Nothing was a surprise by the end of our conversation. I felt like they had the best interests for my pet, family and budget throughout the visit.

Was able to quickly schedule an appointment for my cat to be spayed. Receptionist was very kind and took note when I mentioned that the phone lines there were having issues and that I had found an alternative method through calling Petsmart and navigating their automated system.

They really ❤ your pets. My Elvis is not the healthiest boy. He's older and has just been diagnosed with diabetes. The staff is always so kind and gentle with him. They make a bad situation more bearable.

Everyone is always so nice and all my fur-babies love the staff. Plus the staff has and still do love, spoil and take care of my babies. Thank you Banfield Staff of Durham.

The staff are always friendly and super understanding and patient with my rescue , he's got some issues and when I call they know he's likely to flip out being scared. They take good care of my babies

I've seen such incredible love and care for the animals in this clinic by all the staff. It's a place where you can tell everyone is giving their all. Dr. Reeves is thorough, knowledgable, and extremely caring. i'd recommend her to anyone who wants excellent care for their pet.

Brought my Yorkie in without an appointment. We were seen very quickly, given sound advice and treated very well! Dr. K was awesome! The whole staff was very pleasant and the tech was amazing!!!

Always a good experience. The staff and veterinary doctors are very knowledgeable. They always make follow up calls after procedures to make sure my pet is doing ok.
