Natalie is amazing! I had a bad haircut from another salon and Natalie completely reshaped my hair and gave me a phenomenal style. She worked so methodically to remove weight. So patient and so pleasant. Great experience! Highly recommend Natalie. :-)

Meghan is amazing!! It's rare that a stylist gets cut and color right the first time but Meghan did. She's a star!

Decided to schedule a hair cut this morning, hoping that there would be a last-minute opening. Thankfully, Taylor had availability, and she graced me with a phenomenal cut and style. She was very attentive while listening to my hair goals and concerns, offering insight and being very understanding + patient while I tried to describe what I wanted without necessarily having a reference photo. Turns out, Taylor cut my hair better than I could imagine for my own self.

This is my second time visiting Wavelengths, with my first in Nov. 2021. Amira was my stylist, and my experience then was equally wonderful. Having two positive experiences compelled me to write this review. Looking forward to getting my hair cut again by either Taylor, Amira, or another stylist at the Salon, as the results seem to be very consistent and worthwhile.

First visit to Wavelengths and Carli. Could not be more pleased with the haircut AND Carli’s great personality. The technique she used to cut my hair (clippers on the sides followed by a scissor finish) was something new to me and, boy, the results were, I think (and my wife), very good. Going back for sure.

Kunita is an INCREDIBLE curl artist!! I drive 45 min to see her and will follow her to the ends of the earth lol. She is so sweet and patient, I even bring my young girls to her. So grateful to have her support in our curly lives 😍

I love Wavelengths! I had my haircut there while I lived in Durham for the past years, and I especially recommend Carrie! She did a great job with my curly hair and always went the extra mile to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, and more! If something wasn't quite right with the cut a few days later, I could come back and get it touched up for no extra cost. Prices are really reasonable for this high quality salon!

Rarely leave reviews but had one of the best haircuts of my life today from Sherry, so five stars all around. Love the cut, styling, and everything - she took a vague-ish design I had and ran with it and absolutely love it. Thanks, Sherry!/Wavelengths!

Everyone is so nice and accommodating at Wavelengths! All of the stylists are very knowledgeable and know exactly how to make you feel comfortable. Also, scheduling my next appointment was so easy thanks to the amazing customer service at the front desk!!

I made my mom an appointment for a haircut during our brief stay in Durham as an early Mother's Day gift. The online scheduling process was incredibly easy and Kunita was an awesome stylist. She made my mom feel so comfortable and took a lot of time to evaluate her hair type and level of commitment on maintenance. My mom was also able to talk to Kunita about transitioning back to her natural color. Everyone at Wavelengths was friendly and the salon itself has a great vibe. Many thanks to Kunita for making this such a special experience and the perfect gift for my mom!

I loved my experience with Sherry! I went in for a bang trim, and it came out perfectly. I have been getting so many compliments from my friends and classmates. I will definitely return when I need anything else done to my hair! Thank you so much Sherry!

I had my first haircut with Hayley yesterday. She was very thorough and professional. I was impressed with her attention to detail and really understanding what would work with my hair. It is probably one of the best haircuts I’ve had in years! I live in Raleigh but will definitely come back to her. The salon was very clean and safe. Upon arrival my temperature was checked and I was given hand sanitizer. I waited in an isolated area and the staff was diligent with disinfecting areas after each use.

I had a hair cut with Carrie and she was amazing. Carrie did an excellent job and was very caring and friendly. She carefully listened to what kind of cut I needed and gave me an excellent cut with layers. I have long hair and I am very happy with the service. I highly recommend Wavelengths and getting your hair done with Carrie. Thank you, Carrie!

Great atmosphere! You can tell that the stylists there really enjoy what they do. Jenna did an amazing Brazilian blowout! My hair feels awesome and I got aftercare instructions which was greatly appreciated. I cannot wait for my next visit!

Kunita was AMAZING. She has restored my faith in curly cuts and I will definitely be coming back. Not only did she do exactly what I wanted and what my hair needed, but she made me feel very comfortable as it was my first time as this salon. Conversation was great and her product recommendations were perfect for my hair type. Can't wait to come back 10/10 recommend especially for curly girls in the RDU area!

My 4 year old daughter has very curly hair and Kunita did an amazing job on her cut. She was patient with my daughter and took the time to answer my questions about how to care for my daughter’s curly hair. We’re looking forward to our next visit!

Hands down one of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten! William is amazing with curly hair and such an awesome person to chat with! The salon is beautiful and clean. They’re super reasonably priced for the quality of service. I love that they didn’t push products on me or criticize my hair! Will be back!
