Debbie Leonard - State Farm Insurance Agent

State Farm agents and customer service are the best. They make it easy to get what you need, are always friendly, and follow-up as necessary. The staff can be hard to reach by phone at times, but always return messages.

I've had my insurance policies at Debbie Leonard's State Farm office for over 25 years now. We've made many changes to the policies over time and Debbie's staff has always been extremely helpful. More than once I've called with little to no notice needing a new policy issued for a new vehicle purchase and they've always come through for me quickly. Most impressive was one time when we were away from home traveling we got multiple phone calls from neighbors saying there was a grass fire burning in our yard thanks to poor workmanship by Duke Energy on a nearby power line. The fire burned along our property line, melted gutters on our house, destroyed one window and caught our storage shed on fire. Fire trucks were on the scene swiftly and my next phone call was to Debbie Leonard's office. She got to the property immediately even while the fire trucks were still there! She took photos and sent them to me within an hour or so of the fire starting. They were great about explaining my policy options and course of action. I am also a Realtor in the area and recommended Debbie's office to many of my clients who have been very pleased with her services.

Do not hesitate to use this agency. I have been with this office for more than 10 years. The firm is professional, ethical, quick to take action, and will meet all your needs. I have filed two claims over the years and been very pleased.

The office is busy so "Leave A Message" and your call will be returned. I especially like working with Chelsea. If she doesn't know what you're asking at the moment she will research it and call you back.

I have been a Debbie Leonard / State Farm client for over nearly 20 years. They have stood behind me and my family through accidents, storm damage, water heater damage, etc. While I've heard of other people having trouble with various insurance companies, they have done a great job for us on a consistent basis. While they may not be able to pick up for every call, they always get back to me and resolve issues, answer questions, or help us with whatever we need. I don't hesitate to recommend this agency. Kim specifically is always helpful.

We have been customers with Debbie Leonard State Farm for at least 18 years. Most recently I needed to change our vehicle coverage and found the service to be excellent. It seems the problems have been addressed that resulted in negative responses from other reviewers. One of things I really appreciate about this office is that I can go sit down and talk with someone if it is a complicated question.

Very friendly staff. Completely understand when they can’t answer the phone each time because they are very busy office with 4 ladies. I will continue to keep my insurance and home owners at this location!
