I had my haircut here about three weeks ago. The staff was really friendly and accommodating! I signed up online before coming here for my haircut, so if you are planning to have your haircut here, do this as well. Because it was my first time availing their services, I also received a free shampoo 💆‍♂ This is a def a must-have! So relaxing 🍃

Oh, another thing! I had problems with my card then when paying, but the staff was very understanding and allowed me to go out to withdraw to settle my payment. 💯 will recommend!

I’ve been to enough $50+ cuts downtown yet none have come close to how consistent the 9th Street Sports Clips is when it comes to how nice the people are and how good of haircuts they give. There’s a reason it’s hard to find an opening at this location. Wishing the team and the very kind manager (Evelyn I think) well and I hope they get the recognition they deserve!

During my 5 years studying at Duke University, where I did both my bachelors and masters, one of the constants in my life has been getting my hair cut at this local shop by Evelyn. She's been amazing every single time.

I started coming here in 2018, and every month since then, the service has been top-notch. I actually wish my hair grew faster so I could visit more often! Being a student has its stressful moments, and getting my hair cut here was always a nice break. Chatting with Evelyn especially helped me relax, especially during tough times at school.

Evelyn stands out. I've known her for years and she's always been there, making me look good for important dates, events and other seminal events during my college years. As an international student from Canada, I was able to find a unique sense of identity from my regular visits to Sport Clips here in Durham, NC: learning about Evelyn's background and her inquiring about my recent stories (or dates) is always a very nice change of pace in my life. Even during the tough Covid times, she stayed strong and kept working.

I usually don't write reviews (in fact this is my first Google Review), but I really wanted to share my experience here. I run an online business while studying, so I know how hard it can be. Some people have mentioned long wait times, but recently, I've noticed they've got more staff to help out. For new clients, be sure to download the app to check in beforehand!

As I finish up at Duke and move away, I know I'll return to this shop anytime I'm back in Durham, hopefully scraggy full head of hair! Big thanks to Evelyn and everyone at the shop for the great times.

I have been to this Sports Clips 4 or 5 times. Always 5 star service. Incredibly friendly and professional there. Easy parking on the street. Great app to get in the queue! Special recognition to Catrina for the great fade. Highly recommend her for a fade! I’m sure the entire staff can do it well but just wanted to give special recognition and recommendation.

This was my first time trying Sport Clips haircuts. Everything was great. Setting up an appointment and checking in online was really easy. I was seen right on time and got a great haircut along with a couple of extras like a shoulder massage and a warm towel facial. I'll definitely go back.

My first haircut here I was not satisfied at all. It was just a basic fade. However, I gave it another shot and got a stylist by the name of Chancey. She was so kind and friendly. She always does the best fade and really gives you the best treatment. The rest of the staff is always friendly. I would definitely give this place a try. I have recommended several guys to this location.
