I bought my 2011 Malibu which I am still driving. The salesman was great! I needed a part which my repair shop had trouble finding so my husband contacted your parts department, and they were able to locate it. My husband did purchase it, but then my repair shop found out that the part came from O' Reilly's and my husband was charged double the price. When my husband asked Matt in your parts department why he double charged him, his response was along the lines of "Well if you're too stupid to fix your own car, then I can charge anything I want." This Matt also wants the old part from my car to get the core charge back from O'Reilly's. Matt was extremely unprofessional and was cussing at my husband during this conversation. If you need any vehicle parts, make sure you check all auto parts stores first before contacting this auto parts department! The only reason I gave this one star is because I am unable to post it with no stars.

I encourage you to listen to recorded call! My husband was told that he would not be given a refund upon the return of the original part, and it is not notated on his receipt either. I do look forward to hearing from you on your findings.
