All the instructors at this studio are wonderful and welcoming. The only downside id have to say about the studio is how small it is but I’ve gotten used to it and it doesn’t bother me because everyone that is always aware of their space and respectful. Kyle’s class on Thur afternoon is my favorite. He does a perfect blend of stretching and relaxing and then working up a sweat. I love that he usually finds a way to make us all laugh each class too, taking the stress of practice away. So happy I found this studio! I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area or visiting.

I have gone here weekly since i moved here over two years ago and enjoy many of the instructors and classes

I felt so welcomed from the start here. Since this was a new thing for me, I didn't know what to expect, but an instructor took the time to talk with me before my first class to give insight/answer questions, which was amazing. I look forward to returning and appreciate the quality environment here already!

my favorite yoga studio that I’ve tried in Durham. The instructors are wonderful. I always feel 150% better after class, than when I came through the door. Yoga transcends in to several facets of my life. I notice my breathing more than ever, and the physiological benefits that come with controlling breath. It’s also tremendously helped with back pain. 🙂 Unfortunately, I’ve had to miss the past few weeks but hope to be back soon. I miss it!

Yoga Off East is the best studio in the Durham area, by far! The yoga is high quality and incorporates more than just physical poses. The teachers are knowledgeable and the atmosphere is welcoming and community-oriented. You can find trauma-informed teachers who celebrate and welcome individuals from all walks of life. You can find your yoga home here! I highly recommend this yoga studio!

Yoga Off East is such a gem! Each teacher offers something special, and the space is so comfortable and inviting. Highly recommend if you are a beginner or a yogi looking for a slower, non-heated flow studio!

Small but well appointed space. I have done class with 3 different teachers who were all A+ instructors. Parking can be a little tricky depending on the time of day so leave time to manage that situation.

The instructors are great at what they do, and truly make you feel welcome. Classes fit most schedules and skill levels. I feel fantastic after each class!

Lovely studio space and great instructors. Visit from West Coast pre-Covid and now love taking all the Virtual Zoom classes they offer...even started taking barre once a week.
