The best thing about this location was Nicole at the front desk!! She went above and beyond for us without even being asked.

We checked in super late and switched time zones. In the morning, my watch didn't switch over the time until after reaching downstairs to find that I'd just missed breakfast by moments.

Nicole asked if there was anything she could do when she saw me walk by disappointed. I told her that I'd just missed breakfast and hoped to find at least some yogurt. She asked me to wait for a second and then came back out with some food. I was truly grateful.

She also helped me after checking out because I had a lot going on. She was not only attentive, but she was also proactive and extremely courteous!!!

The room was nice and clean. The water in the shower was only moderately warm although the water in the sink was hot. ~•

The location was not convenient to anything and didn't seem to be too close to restaurants, shopping or anything.

This stay was wonderful!! It was clean, and the bed was very comfy! The breakfast was SO GOOD! The desk staff at night (we checked in late) was super nice, as well as the morning desk lady! The guy putting out the food during breakfast was super nice as well! He was working really hard and kept food out! Everyone and every thing was perfect, which is hard to find these days. Thanks so much! Will definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Springfield Suites, The front desk staff was very attentive. The breakfast staff was very accomodating. The housekeeping staff was non-existent. I was told they would service our room every other day. They did not. We were there 6 nights, never serviced our room. Great location, free parking, a small general store. The hotel was nice, housekeeping was not.

I enjoyed the customer service at this lovely hotel, they are renovating so only a few inconveniences are to be expected. The pool is AMAZING and they have good hours that the pool is open. Housekeeping is so kind and do a great job. They only thing that was a bummer was no streaming channels, my 6yr old definitely learned that we cant pause live television lol. Great hotel still! I can't wait to stay here again.

A wonderful experience each time I have visited this location. The staff are very friendly, accommodating and professional. The facility is very well maintained and comfortable. The epitome of southern hospitality!

The lobby is currently in the middle of Revelation but they really did a phenomenal job with the rooms. They just finished renovating all the rooms and they are top-notch very well done. It wasn't the normal quickdash rooms these are actually done it very nicely. There is no musty or old-fashioned smell everything is very clean and crisp and no extra fragrance hiding things. I'm looking forward to the lobby and the downstairs being renovated. This will be a very nice hotel when it's all done. I would like to be able to use my phone key all of the locks are still the old system where you have to slide the key in but I'll take what I can get it so fantastic value for the money.

Am a patient of Duke Orthopaedics in Morrisville, NC. My mother and I have become regular guests of the Springhill Suites by Marriott Raleigh-Durham Airport/Research Triangle Park. We have received superb level customer service from Ja’Quez on several occasions. He is so warm and courteous. Been traveling in for dr.’s appts from my home, @ four hours away. When my mom called to book our first stay, she wanted to speak with someone at the property to get some clarity. Ja'Quez patiently/courteously answered many questions about the hotel location and its proximity to the dr.’s office, provided helpful directions, and booked us. He made us feel comfortable and confident about traveling/driving in an area we were somewhat unfamiliar with. He also booked our most recent stay @ a month ago. When we arrived, we were happy to find Ja’Quez on duty. It was a real pleasure to be greeted so warmly, meet in person, and of course, be able to put a face to the friendly voice on the phone. Ja’Quez, a customer service rock star who went above and beyond…The way he’s made what could’ve easily been a trying experience a pleasant and seamless one is so much appreciated.

Also, during recurring stays at Springhill Suites, we have had the pleasure of encountering Almetra. During the most recent check-in, she was incredibly warm and pleasant. Showing great concern for and empathy with my current medical condition-and its constraints-(foot surgery with use of a transport wheelchair), Almetra booked us into one of the lovely, newly-renovated rooms and helped us get settled into it immediately upon our arrival. She also went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Almetra's exceptional level of customer service helped make our stay a comfortable and cozy one.

Everything was absolutely perfect. From a helpful and kind staff check in to an immaculately clean room. Fresh and plentiful breakfast is back with the nicest attendant. Check out easy. All staff friendly and helpful going beyond excellence. Absolutely 100% will return if in the area. Room was beyond expectations. Doesn't miss a thing. Grateful for a wonderful stay. *Duke Health is right around the corner.

What a great stay. After a long drive from NJ to NC I was greeted by a nice young lady behind the front desk who was from NJ. Check in was a breeze and even though we were a few hours early our room was ready ! It was exactly like the pics online. We got a double bed room which had a nice separate bath and vanity, a decent size table to set up our laptop, and a couch area to relax. The room was very clean. Considering the great price we paid I thinking was a great buy overall. Every staff member we passed stopped to say hello. The front desk also provided us with a new selection of nearby restaurants and delivery options. I went for a dip in the pool which was warm and they had plenty of fresh towels for you to use.
The beds I thought were small but nothing different from any other hotel. My son loved the free lollipops at the front desk ! They also have complimentary breakfast which was a mix of cereal, yogurt, pastries, eggs and Canadian bacon. They also have a decent selection of snacks and travel essentials at the little market bin the lobby. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

I just have to say how much my family loves this hotel. We've been coming for 3 years now to see family. We pick this hotel specifically because it is perfect for our family. It's kinda off the main road so it's very quiet. Still close to restaurants and there is a Walmart less than a mile away. Our rooms came with a air filter system and definitely smelled and felt clean. The beds are comfortable and clean. If I were being picky I'd complain about the sleeper sofa being in the way of the door just a bit when its pulled out. The kitchen area with separate sink, fridge, microwave is a lovely little kinda separate cubby. The showers come with plenty of delicious smelling soaps that are actually really nice higher quality.
The indoor pool/spa area is really nice and clean. It doesn't reek of chlorine like some indoor pools. Nice gym with plenty of equipment also clean and stocked with water and towels.
There is an amazing hot breakfast with plenty to choose from... eggs, biscuits, muffins, waffles, fresh fruit, different coffees juice... all of it
There are also snacks, TV dinner type stuff, ice cream, and drinks at the front desk area available for purchase. Of course it's a little pricey, but you pay for convenience.
Last but definitely not least they have prolly the best staff we've dealt with anywhere.. and we travel alot. They are always friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure you have the best possible stay.

We had a really nice, restful night here. Room was clean and quiet, even right next to the elevator. Staff was welcoming and very helpful. They're recommendation for dinner was also 5-star. The only feedback I'd offer is to have the breakfast room re-organized. It's probably roomy Mon-Thurs., but over the weekend the guests are on top of each other. Moving a few things around for a better flow of traffic would probably fix the issue though. We'd definitely stay here again.

Every front desk staff we came in contact with was AMAZING on the evening and overnight of 1/28 as well as the morning of 1/29. They always had a smile on their face and did not hesitate to answer my questions and provide help.

Staff was very warm and friendly, hotel room was clean. Housekeeping was a bit inconsistent but they always were accommodating if we made a request. Parking was always available. After Friday the hotel had more guests, so there was more foot traffic in common areas, indoor pool, and parking lot was much fuller. Will be looking forward to staying here again at my next visit... oh and there is a daily breakfast included as well with good options!!

Experience was great. The pool was open from 6 until 11, longer than alot of places. The only thing that could have been better was more selection for breakfast. Had cheese omelets, waffles, muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit and cereal. Sausage or bacon would have made it up to the standard continental breakfasts.

We booked 7 rooms for a wedding party. The staff was superbly courteous and accommodating. They listened to and met all our needs in a timely manner. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, comfortable, and a steal at the price we got!!! Plus, the free breakfast was fit for a king, with eggs, sausage, waffles, fresh fruit, oatmeal, etc, etc.! The staff went beyond the call of duty in allowing us space for a family luncheon in their lobby. I can't tell you how pleasant it was to be treated so courteously!!! I felt like we were ALL family, all the way to the housekeeping staff!! Everyone had a pleasant, genuine smile and friendly manner. Kudos to the staff of this hotel!! A great bargain!!! I will book here again!! Keep up the good work!!

This particular Springhill Suites is the best Marriott chain hotel I have ever stayed in. The great experience started with an excellent receptionist who actually seemed like she enjoyed being there. After the quick and enjoyable check in, I headed to the room and found them to be a very large room considering the excellent price I payed. The double suite was set up with two beds and a living/business area that was placed in such a way that it felt separate. Everything during the stay was very clean and I never had a problem with any staff. The breakfast was also great for a hotel hot breakfast. Overall, this was just an excellent stay and I would recommend it to anyone who is in the area for any reason, not just those flying.

I was SO SURPRISED by the place! First, they offered a great rate for AAA members. Free support shuttle is always a bonus. They let me check in super early because they had space available (and I had only slept 3.5 hrs the night before, so I wanted to kiss them for this). I relaxed in the hot tub before I slept and was NOT disappointed. The rooms are lovely. Spacious, decorated in pleasing colors, and supplied well. They'll take me anywhere I need to go in a 3 mile radius. It's located LITERALLY across the street from a bus stop if you care to venture out farther and don't have a car. I'll stay here again, for sure!

Very friendly staff. The housekeepers and maintenance are very sweet, welcoming and friendly. The front desk host allowed us to check in early as we were running from Hurricane Florence. Nice indoor pool, gym, decent breakfast offerings and coffee available in the lobby all day.

Really nice hotel, they put a great attention to protect people in their area, there was locked the pool and the gym, only by appointment they allow people to use the promises, only by a family member were allow at the same time. The breakfast was healthy and clean room, the only bad thing k was the elevators, one of them didn't workout while we're were there (3 days) and the other didn't work perfect, too slow! Any way nice hotel for what we paid.
